Apparently you are not listening or gleaning the truth re: SVV. He NEVER comes through for shareholders, this issue with settling with AT&T will be no exception. Not only will any settlement take ABSOLUTELY FOREVER, but all shareholders will be terribly disappointed in the outcome. AT&T has ETAK by the short hairs.
Sorry folks, the reason I was away for so long is because some clown reported me to the SEC and to ETAK's lawyers. Lawyers gave me some money to stop posting the truth, which is why I was away for more than a week, and the SEC concluded that everything I posted was spot on correct. SEC has now offered me a job. LMAO!
investorlowtech.....haven't you learned by now? There is no hope and there will be no change.....meaning, the AT&T settlement is not near, unless ETAK gives away the farm. ETAK is in a box....they cannot afford to accept pennies on the dollar that AT&T is offering and likewise can ill afford going to court to fight AT&T for more $$$. Why is ETAK in this terrible predicament.......all signs point to none other than SVV.
Come on people, I see you really miss me and my wisdom, as I am the only soul on this silly message board that has correctly called ETAK's demise, every single step of the way.
Remember one thing, again, which is foundational: "SVV NEVER, EVER, COMES THROUGH FOR SHAREHOLDERS." The operative word is "NEVER."
Another foundational axiom to understand re: SVV and ETAK: "Two weeks means 6-12 months; 1 Qtr really means 18 months; 1-2 Qtrs. really means 2-3 years." ETAK NEVER delivers on time.
Last foundational truth: "ETAK has ZERO transparency. You'll never know what really happened or why announced deals or opportunities fail or simply never materialize.
These are the fundamental reasons ETAK's pps is below 50 cents. This is why, if I'm a betting man, that ETAK will likely slip into BK within the next 18-24 months.
Problem is that you should all expect this type of negative postings due to management's never-ending failings. Management has permitted shorts and others to prey on ETAK......it's been easy pickings. I've called every failing and inability to execute every single time. Why, because the odds are so heavily in favor of continuing failures given past performances.
Ok....I was short....but no more...have finally covered my entire position, which was substantial. Still, SVV needs to go.... I believe most here have finally realized this to be true. A lot for ETAK to do....a lot.....to turn this ship around. It's possible, but ETAK's run of luck has been mighty sour for the past 4+ years. Let's see what a new Co-President and whether a new Tier 1 contract ever really materializes and is executed to completion.
Ok...so what's ETAK now worth? It has (with the loss of Iusacell) less than $20 million in annual revenues. It is losing money and still burning cash. It is in default on its recent financing deal, with increased interest rates. It now has a letter of going concern from its auditors. Bad mag ament with very poor record of execution. Over 155 million shares outstanding. So, again, what do you think ETAK is worth now?
1. ETAK must negotiate an "out" with ATT, which will not be easy because ETAK is cash-strapped and can ill afford to fight it out with ATT (the outcome will not be particularly favorable to ETAK);
2. ETAK must renegotiate its $12 mil line of credit that is now in default. Maybe the ATT settlement will resolve this issue, but this is a very troubling uncertainty;
3. ETAK must not merely announce, but must actually execute on many deals this year to make up lost Iusacell contract/revenues (will be difficult; SVV has no track record of success);
4. ETAK must hire a new Pres and CEO. All shareholders understand the importance.
Question: When has SVV ever come through for shareholders?
How comical that you are holding out your hopes on the idea that QAT II might bail ETAK out of its cash problem and its financing default problem. LMAO. No wonder everyone calls you Laughingstock1980
They are published the same place a copy of the Iusacell/ETAK contract is published. Why do you think QAT II didn't participate in the last round of financing? Huh? They cannot.
Laughingstock.....keep up w/ the times. QAT and QAT II Are prohibited, by their own internal policies, from investing any more in ETAK. JUST THE FACTS.
Bottom line is Note 34 adds to ETAK's uncertainty as a going concern. ETAK has jo more legitimate cash resources. SVV is personally tapped out. QAT and QAT II have has enough losses over past 8-10 years pouring $$$ into ETAK only to watch SVV squander it....wonder if SVV is now sorry he gave away or "loaned" over $2 million of ETAK's cash to QAT II crony companies that promptly went bankrupt?
It's no wonder ETAK's pps dipped to 20 cents. It'll drop even more from here. Vote of no confidence for SVV!
all of you sit and watch SVV tear your company down....one Qtr at a time, one flop and failure at a time. Now, this abysmal failure still works for ETAK, for free, as your Pres. and CEO. Isn't that just great? Your hero is now staying on the job, but for free this time. Aren't you all just so lucky?
I say ETAK goes out of business due to much ego and arrogance. SVV simply will not leave, thus he will take this ship down with him. I've been telling you for years that SVV is a control freak and incompetent. But, no one has had the will or wherewithal to send him packing. SVV comes off at every single CC as being a bumbling idiot, yet he still stays, but will now work for free. So, at least you're no longer paying him as he continues to destroy your company.
Also, you can be certain that any ATT Settlement will be a rock-bottom deal for shareholders. It's no reason ETAK dropped to 20 cents last week. It will retest 20 cents several more times yet.
hey golfer-Laughingstock.....you still here pumping or are you again here Backing up and loading up the truck? LMAO!!!
I told you previously that this company would likely be taken private. Well on our way. NYSE compliance is soon to be lost for good! 10 for 1 reverse split is on the near horizon. Go SVV!!!
Agree re: CFO....But make no mistake, SVV is still in total control, is a control freak, and will inevitably make one "mis-step" after another.....too bad for shareholders.
