The guy you bought from had a sell limit order in at $1.56 aon (all or non - meaning the 10k shares he sold you would be sold as a block at his limit price).
The next time you will never buy like this again (a penny stock that almost tripled in the past few months), but wait for someone else to take his profit, and kick in the stop loses on the way down as fear takes over. If you cannot do this, then buy, and stick with JNJ, WFC, GE etc.
Also, the guy who sold you his shares at $1.56 very well may have bought them again at $1.2x again. 15% in a day is not too shabby these days.
