The expense, the cash outflows, the earnings, the number of shares and warrants, the meager revenue growth, etc etc. Everything about it is just a total and utter mess of financial statements. This is certainly not a fiscally responsible company. And now less than 2 years of cash left, meaning another dilution by the end of this year.
And, and scripts went up 60% but revenue went up only 40%??? Only AMRN can accomplish such things.
There are people on IHUB throwing out eventual $15-$30b revenue estimates and $100+ stock price.
It's down 75% in the last year, 40% in the last month, and 20% in the last 5 days, on absolutely no news. A halt would stop the abuse of this stock that has now been overridden and dominated by short sellers. Once your currency is completely hijacked on no substantive news, management should do something to stabilize things. Halting the stock, and releasing good news at earnings could do that. Of course, that assumes they have something positive to say.
At this rate, decent shot of $10s before earnings on Thursday. Amazing that this company has not taken ANY action to try to stabilize this extreme collapse. A big tell will be whether there are insider buys after earnings are announced. If there isn't, that would be a MAJOR red flag.
Boy you really think AMRN and Vascepa is super important, don't you? You think Vascepa caused a condition of a multi-billion dollar transaction between two BP giants??!!!! Man, some of you people are just so delusional. Many think the entire world is revolving around AMRN and Vascepa.
1k a QUARTER is not good growth, especially for a new drug that is supposedly better than other drugs selling 6X more. 15% market share? 2.5 years into launch? That is not impressive. Lovaza still DOMINATES Vascepa.
They may have something at stake, but keep in mind they already cashed in millions of dollars in the teens due to Joe Z lies and pumps. They already made themselves mega rich. They are now playing with house money, so to risk it isn't a big deal to them. They already won this game.
what are you talking about? I am saying if Reduce-it is stopped at interim it will be $15, and if it isn't it will be $0. No one knows the real chance it gets stopped at interim. In the end, it's a drug trial, and drug trial results are not predictable. My point is that AMRN management could guarantee shareholders a nice return, instead of deciding to risk it ALL on interim reduce-it. Sure, perhaps that would involve giving up some potential upside, but it provides great immunization to disaster. Being greedy is a deadly sin for a reason.
Cause, ugh, they have mounts of debt and Marine scripts will never be high enough to pay back debt and also pay for operations?? If Reduce-it isn't stopped at interim, it is likely the trial will not be successful. And so the Anchor population will never be reached. Sure, maybe it could go to completion and show some very minor benefit, but that won't be enough to get people excited and sales up. If it's going to show a meaningful benefit, interim will tell us. And oh, if isn't stopped at interim, dilution is a 100% guarantee.
But you do realize that if Reduce-It isn't stopped at interim, this company will go BK and the stock go to $0, right? This is not a viable company unless Reduce-it is stopped at interim. There is thing called risk management, and AMRN management is not interested in that. They are fine risking EVERYTHING on interim Reduce-it. Let me ask you this, if there was a 50% chance you got $15, and a 50% you got $0, and I offered you $10 right now, would you take it?
haha....all cause of SR??!!! Oh my, he's back!! Good ole SR, the pumper who was not once right about any of the crazy things he use to say.
But yeah, no chance on buyout. Management thinks they are worth billions. And apparently they have never heard of the concept of a CVR (ie a way to de-risk this a little for shareholders and not make interim Reduce-It a 100% company riding event).
Man, SR is back. That is some funny stuff.
Well Joe Z told us years ago it was "much ado about nothing"!! And yet everyone claimed how important it was and even AMRN believe it was SO important. Why is the CEO telling us it's nothing?? Just a weird situation here.
And yeah, Marine sales are absolutely atrocious. Even today, people claiming the scripts were "great!" because they went up a couple of hundred. They've been in the low 12,000s for many many weeks now and people think this is GOOD?
Why does AMRN REFUSE to partner with a legitimate sales force??!!! They are just do everything the can to NOT sell this drug. People are now claiming that a $90m run rate is great. Um...what?
People are tired of if this, if that. They want real substantive news. Real earnings, real revenue growth, a real partnership, etc.
