    Christmas is even Socialist too

    Not sure what part your racism plays here. But I can surely say that I have absolutely no problem with socialism. Let 'er rip. Do it in your home with your family, do it as a neighborhood. Do it in your city or county. Heck, make your state a socialist state. The only one entity that cannot adopt the ideology by constitutional law is the federal government.

    {with all the wars you want everyone else to fight for you.}

    Uh, apparently it's your Nobel Peace Prize winner that wants the war fought.

    75% of all deaths of American soldiers in Afghanistan ( 558 from 2001-2008, 1,706 from 2009-2013), AND 75% of all COSTS of the war ($172 billion 2001-2008, $510 billion 2009-2013), have occurred under Obama's command of the war.

  • Mission accomplished. The arrogant, imperialistic, eeeeeevillllllll and just downright mean America has been successfully brought down to just-another-country-at-the-global-table status by the American Left.

    A new Pew Research Center poll found that 53 percent of Americans believe that U.S. global leadership and prestige are in decline versus a decade ago, the highest figure since 1974. An even larger majority says the U.S. is losing respect internationally. Fully 70% say the United States is less respected than in the past.

    Sadly, the leftkooks see this as good news.

  • It's one thing to vote for a bill that you have no idea what it contains. It's quite another to be so completely illiterate and uneducated in political ideologies and world history, that you have no idea what the implementation of collectivist socialist theories does to a civil, capitalist, free society. Job losses, economic stagnation, higher premiums, overrun costs and subsidies added to the debt mountain,...... it was all explained by those opposing the election of this radical leftist in 2008. The pseudo-intellectual stupids, and those busy fainting and getting thrills up their legs refused to listen.

    The 2014 elections are not going to be a referendum on Obamacare or its incompetent, flailing roll-out. It will be an aggressive slapdown of dumb-bass, destructive liberal progressivism.

    New emails obtained through the Freedom of Information Act show that the Federal Elections Commission and Lerner started the attack on conservative Americans less than 15 days after Obama was inaugurated. Someone at the FEC asked Lerner for confidential information on Tea Party groups on February 3, 2009. Lerner distributed tax returns of the groups, including income, expenditures and staff pay, the exact wording of the out-of-bounds political questions the IRS was asking the groups, plus other materials.

    Under the Internal Revenue Code, it is a FELONY for an IRS official to disclose either return information or taxpayer return information, even to another government agency.

    I sure hope a bunch of these American government co-opting scabs go to prison. I would be for putting a Republican administration official in prison, if for some bizarre reason they did something like these libkooks do. It is the sheer corruption and criminality of these kooks that is damaging the nation so badly.

    "Filed applications" has no relationship with the number of how many people are actually enrolled. Let's just wait until the royal town crier unrolls the royal scroll to proclaim the royal numbers as His Majesty deems them to be released to the peasantry.

    The study was specifically about the irresponsible crisis-driven economic policies that CAUSE the impasses and shutdowns that are hurting employment. The current environment of economic/spending/credit limit crisis points every few months is THE policy of the Obama administration and the Democrat Senate. They purposefully do not generate the constitutionally required budgets every year so that they don't have to reveal the spending details for their agenda. Our living month-to-month on continuing resolutions and credit extensions is the result of their wickedness. And it is what will bring us down, as the Chinese are saying today as they downgrade America's credit rating for the second time in history, both under Obama.

    Pure, unadulterated, destructive, typical liberal trash.

    Bill Clinton at the March on Washington commemoration yesterday:

    "Oh, yes, we face terrible political gridlock now. Read a little history; it’s nothing new. Yes, there remain racial inequalities in employment, income, health, wealth, incarceration, and in the victims and perpetrators of violent crime. But we don’t face beatings, lynchings and shootings for our political beliefs anymore. And I would respectfully suggest that Martin Luther King did not live and die to hear his heirs whine about political gridlock. It is time to stop complaining and put our shoulders against the stubborn gates holding the American people back."

    Wow. Being immersed in the 5-year long festering stagnation of the class-warfare, Bush did it, finger pointing, victim-centric, free ride Obamaville, it is a shock to hear someone speaking out of normal American strength and truth, even if it is Slick Willie.

    Bet Obama didn't like the exposure very much.

    I prefer to consider the input by scientists like physicist Frederick Seitz, who was president of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences and of Rockefeller University, recipient of the National Medal of Science, the Compton Award, the Franklin Medal, and numerous other awards, including honorary doctorates from 32 universities around the world.

    And the more than 31,000 American scientists (including in excess of 9,000 PhD's) that have signed a petition to Washington stating:

    "We urge the United States government to reject the global warming agreement that was written in Kyoto, Japan in 1997, and any other similar proposals. The proposed limits on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder the advance of science and technology, and damage the health and welfare of mankind.

    There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth."

    { Gun ownership and use must be restricted to the most responsible members of the society.}

    What a statement. So, the far bigger question is what exactly happened over the years to get us to this point? Why is it that the vast majority of Americans, at the time of the Bill of Rights' implementation, were generally concerned about having integrity, behaving as a part of society - generally. It is very simple really. It is the putrid pervasiveness of not liberalism in the classic sense, but today's festering progressive leftism, attacking and eroding the very soul of the citizenry's character, self-application and self-reliance, value of life, and awareness of goodness and rightness with the author of their existence.

    All Hell's Going to Break Loose

    Every drop of blood that is shed due to the Zimmerman verdict absolutely falls on the hands of race baiters Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. These two community organizer/agitators are the only reason that 1) the idea of racism was even injected into this unexceptional case involving a Hispanic and an African-American, and 2) the flames of racism and hatred were set afire and fanned until the mantra was successfully picked up and proliferated by the national media.

    Jackson stirred the hatred by saying, "blacks are under attack...killing us is big business." He should be charged for being complicit with any crimes committed because of the verdict.

    {What does the Bible say about women having voting 'rights'?}

    Not sure, but am sure it says this:

    Start with God -- the first step in learning is bowing down to God; only fools thumb their noses at such wisdom and learning. How long will mockers delight in mockery and fools hate knowledge? Even as these fools walk along the road, they lack sense and show everyone how stupid they are.

    Unless of course, the "everyone" mentioned here is walking down the same broad road with the fool. And it is getting more crowded every day now.

    {Are you going to deny you said this later...}

    No. Never really have.

    I readily admit there have been several times that the strength of liberal leftkookery has jumped up and surprised me in my predictions. Like much of the recent SCOTUS perversion of constitutional law. That's why I have lost much of my once eternal optimism for the future of our American way of life.

    No, no denials. We all are now just having to learn to let go of the piecemeal loss of America's fabric, and how to focus more on self-preservation and interest, just like those driving the left's darkness. What a sad era.

    You so silly, Frito. Everyone here knows you couldn't pass a background or mental history check for a firearm.

    You just relax, let the nice lady make sure you swallow your Abilify, and just start a fun discussion between all of your aliases.

    So anybody hear about any word on how urban police departments are planning to handle the lawless, violent mobs once the "not guilty" verdict rolls out? Could happen as early as this week.

    The defense could have rested without even presenting a case and won, the prosecution's case was so weak.

  • ...when the jury finds Zimmerman not guilty of second degree murder, because he didn't commit second degree murder. Even if he is found guilty of anything, he will get minimal time/probation.

    The anticipated chaos that is coming soon very well may be started in America's urban centers by this verdict. Not sure how it expands to the suburban and more rural areas though. We (my community, Smith, & Wesson) generally don't put up with that kind of lawlessness. When the mobs are finally prevalent in the U.S., that's all she wrote.

    Good grief. You're just completely eat up with the dumb-bass, or been marinating in the leftkook kool aid too long.

    Okay. Change "throw out all of your oil lamps and candles away at the time" to "drive the oil lamp and candle makers out of business by making their inexpensive and plentiful product so expensive, no one can afford it any more".

    {Early Incandescent Light Bulbs worked only a few hours}

    That's exactly why it would have been a dumb-bass thing to do to throw all of your oil lamps and candles away at the time, and go out and buy a truckload of $40 light bulbs, all for the sake of a ridiculous, emotional notion that candle smoke was destroying the earth.

    When light bulb technology progressed to the point of operational and economic parity with oil lamps, then you build the infrastructure and buy bulbs.

    You make the point exactly without even knowing it, Frito.
