joebush you said, "Warrants usually don't effect the stock price. In the case of the warrants issued by EFOI they were ,I believe intended to give the investors who were buying stock which was giving money to EFOI a little more incentive to buy. "

I'm not saying that the warrants issued in this case will make any difference on EFOI share price, but your statement above is totally incorrect. In the case of a financing deal warrants usually effect the stock price, the investor uses the warrants to recoup part or all of their original investment. Whatever price they decide that they will exercise those warrants and sell the stock pegs the stock price there for however long they continue to sell, which in some cases can be months. For instance if they have warrants for $1 and they are happy with a 25% return, every time the stock reaches $1.25 they will exercise some warrants and sell.

Hi long, You mentioned if the warrants are exercised they have enough cash for a year and a half. If I remember right, and I probable don't, at SNT's burn rate that's pretty close. But what we didn't factor in, is now what is the burn rate of Fabrus. Going forward that is now going to have to be figured in.

tryingtogetrich asked you about the dividend and IMOS share price dropping by the amount of the dividend. I agree with you that when it goes ex-dividend it will drop and I also agree it will probably quickly recover. But he makes a good point, that it maybe doesn't really matter because when our shares are converted to ADR's the conversion will not be made on IMOS's value but on the amount of shares we have outstanding at that time and our value will be determined at that time by the share price in Taiwan. Is this correct? Please, anyone weigh in.

I mentioned SNT to someone new, I didn't go into it in great detail just told him to check it out. I got an email back from him today said he always starts his research by going to a stocks message board. He said he doesn't put a lot of weight into boards, for obvious reasons, but he often picks up ideas on what's going right or wrong so he can begin his research, and it gives him a feel as to how other investors feel about the company. He said after reading the SNT board he came away depressed and feeling the management was hopeless, and asked me why he should wasted his time with further research. Bottom line management doesn't promote the stock at all and neither does this board. If someone was to watch the last Red Chip interview and then follow up by coming to this board it would definitely be the final nail in the coffin. If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
