Must still be a poorly managed company. 1970-1980s, I worked as an insurance inspector and did for a competing company at the same time. My wife helped by working cases on phone @ home while raising the young kids. Kept my mouth shut and kept the bosses happy which worked because they left me alone. Started an IRA in '76. HH was a joke with high turnaround. Managers worked 50-60 hr wk for extreme low pay. Most inspectors had side jobs such as serving subpoenas, propery apprasis, other inspection companies, erc. I did enjoy working the claims and being out of the office most of the time.
