"I like a company that rewards its employees in stock."
Lester, I am different. I like a company that rewards its shareholders. The reward comes in the form of share price appreciation and dividends.
Now, I do like to see employees have some stock, (not too high as a per cent of their portfolio, that is risky). But, after that, all shareholders, including employees who are shareholders, should be rewarded by share price appreciation and dividends.
This doesn't seem to be the case with REFR, does it?
