It is nice to see both Snake Eyes & Spanish Eyes Oil Production hooked up to a Pipeline; saves a lot on trucking expense.

    What everyone seems to be missing is;
    May 5 ,2014 Press Release:

"In McKenzie County, North Dakota, the Jore 1H, 2H and 4H are currently being fracture stimulated"

These Three Wells should be completed by now; this will really boost Production Rate.

This was a SEC Form #4 Filing of 05/27/2014.
This was a Market Purchase and not a Stock Option purchase.
Abraxas stock closing price on 03/11/2014 was $3.15.

"DUTCH 2H corrected “gas flaring” 28,577 BO with 465 MCF in March 31,679 MCF flared"

There wasn't any big correction to the Production which I posted on Investor Village on Message # 8199 dated 04/29/2014: Oil Production was corrected from 28753 to 28,577 on 05/20/2014.

The Unknown News is that the Status of Disposition on Natural Gas showed two Correction on 05/20/2014. I don't know which was filed last.
The Original Filing on 04/28/2014 is now deleted; show a status of "04" Flaring
05/20/2014; one filing had status "04" Flaring as a disposition/
05/20/2014; the second filing had a status of "02" transmission Line as the disposition

If the "02" is correct, then the Natural Gas is being Sold.

On the Dutch #3 & #4 Well; I already posted this on Investor Village Message #8213 on 05/09/2014 when Permits were requested.
Neither Dutch #3 or Dutch #4 Permits have yet to be approved.

Zoom Bee is accurate poster but tends to be late on information.

    Another joke:
    May 7th Press Release:

"In the Pennsylvania Marcellus, Endeavour successfully completed hydraulic fracture stimulations of the C-14 and C-20 horizontal wells. The operation included more than double the number of frac stages on the longest laterals to date, relative to previous wells. The Endeavour operated activity went smoothly and according to specifications. The third C-13 well is scheduled for stimulation in mid-June using the same completion design. The wells will be tied into a new third-party pipeline being constructed by EQT Corporation that allows firm capacity of up to 10 million cubic feet per day, with potential for future expansion.

Note the Capacity of 10 Million Cubic feet. Three Normal Marcellus Wells produced 10 Million Cubic Feet of Natural Gas per day.
What are they going to reach capacity with that third Well's Production.

    December 19, 2011.
"Gastar's first two productive Marcellus shale wells, the Wengerd 1H and Wengerd 7H, continue to exhibit strong production rates and have averaged a combined gross sales rate of 7.3 million cubic feet per day ("MMCFD") of natural gas along with 448 barrels of natural gas liquids ("NGLs") per day and 255 barrels of condensate per day ("BCPD") over the most recent 14 days of unrestricted production."

    April 7th Press Release:

    "CEO Statement

"Having participated in six Buda wells with Contango and two with U.S. Enercorp., we are now beginning to gain a broader understanding of the extent of the play as well as the production response rates. Looking forward, we remain optimistic about the overall potential of the Booth-Tortuga and Big Wells prospects yet we still have much more drilling to do to fully understand the extent of the natural fractures in the region. Additionally, we believe that the potential exists to enhance the production profiles of our wells through down hole stimulation as warranted. Contango is considering such work on both the Beeler #7 and #8 at this time. If successful, it could lead to additional wells being stimulated through a variety of means. Further, the potential for down spacing in the region will also be considered as our exploration program advances," stated Keith Larsen, CEO of U.S. Energy Corp. "

The only Dilution is your brain that is scrambled.
Abraxas has a $300 Million and Not a 155 Million Credit Facility.
The Borrowing Base is what counts and not the Credit Facility.

Abraxas CAP EX for 2014 is 125 Million. $37 Million was already spent in the 1st Quarter, leaving $88 Million left to be spent.
Abraxas has $70 Million left to Borrow on Borrowing Base and Cash Flow exceeds $15 Million per quarter.

As Abraxas Proven Reserves goes Up, the BORROWING BASE goes UP !.

Analysis don't ask question on Financials unless Debt is Large and coming due. Abraxas isn't either.

Basically what they found is that Lungs are not paaing enough oxygen into the Blood. due to high pressure.

I will see the cardiologist on Friday, but from what my wife told me( (she talked to the cardiologist after angiogram was done) is this will be the problem of the Pulmonary Doctor to handle.

    Hi no duster:

Don't get me wrong, the present END management are for themselves and could care less for END shareholders.
The present management try their Very Best to keep END shareholders in the Dark.
Only when they have to do a 10Q or 10K, they are force to give any detail.

To bring in new unknown directors will only add to the chaos that already exist.

What is need is a complete New Board of Directors which will give END shareholders new management.

    Best of Luck.
