Well, with the lack of any news I thought this was better than nothing. The last news release on ALSO's site was April 4, 2015. Not even a comment about the trade show.
Warning Infinity Augmented Reality Inc. Optimists! Is Your Research Better Than Of Platinum Partners Value Arbitrage Fund
Platinum Partners Increased Position In Infinity Augmented Reality. Platinum now has a 45% stake. This with Japan investing $5 mil. I guess all we can do is continue to wait. But at least there is still life in ALSO.
Andnow4me, thanks for the info. I've gotten lazy about checking their site. Let's hope some good press comes from this.
Liquid, go to Infinity's website, click on news releases, then click on 12/03/15 (March 12, 2015) near the end of the article it mentions the June release. Blu quotes it exactly.
They're just being transparent. Better to be up front then have it discovered. Besides, I'm pretty sure it is the same as the requirement to disclose the buy or sale of insider trading.
Six, yesterday's post didn't take. Trying again.
PANW is a good company. And this sector will only grow given the increase of hacking. I like CYBR and FEYE more because their returns should be better. But both are higher risk than PANW. But again, this is a growing sector. Do a little DD with ORBC, satellite company. I believe they will see from a 40% to high side 60% gain. Currently @ $6.20. $8 to $10 is projected. And last, GLU will be up from these current numbers. There is a lot going on this year. I think Q3 & Q4 will be the reveal.
You are absolutely correct. I, along with many others, had expectations with ZNGA that were not met. It was a mistake on my part.
I may have missed it, but was there any outcome from the sweepstake? It's unfortunate it was not promoted more. I think it would benefit Glu to hype the winners meeting Kim. Still, it's a good thing to see they are addressing their marketing.
Before I put you on ignore, let me just remind you;
On Tuesday April 28, Glu closed at $5.12. Today it's up 21.5% at $6.63.
You as a basher are worse than the most annoying pumper.
I'm sure de Masi is well aware of the numbers all his competition carries. It may not happen today or next year, but given de Masi success guiding Glu he just might do it.
Six, CYBR reports today. Past quarters have been good. They've done well for their first year of trading. Hope their success continues. I started with 500 shares and now hold 200. Good luck with your trades with QLYS and CYBR.
It seems each time we lose one headache a new headache comes and takes its place. You're right, there is nothing to be gained from responding to him. Will ignore.
Glu's has had quite a run up since the CC. We need to see some form of a pullback or correction before the price can move up with solid steady growth. We will see higher numbers later in the year when new games launch and the relationship with Tencent matures. We're good.
Six, a reminder CYBR report on the 7th. I'm still holding 200 shares. I could be wrong, but I still think CYBR will move back to the upper $60's perhaps low $70's. Fingers crossed.
"The population of China." Star, that pretty much sums it up.
Like davek, I agree too. I've been thinking along the same line. If Glu should pullback it wont drop below $6. That's is the new bottom thanks to Tencent. I don't see a takeover, at least not yet. Besides, de Masi has mentioned before no sale if under $12. He wants the original investors to at least break even. And I do see the possibility of Glu flirting with $14 or $15 before the year's out.
I think we all need to keep in mind, Tencent took a stake in ATVI. (I don't know how much) I don't believe Tencent, at this time or in the next few years, is interested in owning Glu, or ATVI for that matter. They are establishing a partnership with companies that will enhance their China customers. And also providing them with a presence in the west.
I do see some fluctuation with Glu's share price as some take profits while others buy in for the first time. $8 is very doable. And $10 by December, if not sooner, is also reasonable.
With all the craziness going on with Glu I almost missed that pop ALSO had right at the close. Sweet. Let's hope it will be positive Friday and going into the weekend. Does anyone know what caused to shoot up at the close? Another 15 minutes and we'll see where it settles. Whether up or down the spike has value.
