Yea, but its gonna take buying or short covering to move the stock. One would think investors would wanna buy low and sell high? Wouldn't they bey buying now on "anticipation" of good things to come? Wouldn't shorts be covering now?
How long has this been under accumulation and when will it be over before the eventual plunge or pop? Seems like forever or as long as I've been holding its been under accumulation lol
No reason to sell as the poker bottom has held up for months, just frustrating to see the stock languish 15% below the post CC highs and way below the IPO price of 2 years ago. Think about it, the stock traded up to $16 on the bunge news like 18 months ago and we have traded down since. The vol also indicates there just isnt much interest in the Solazyme story. Sure than can change, but as of now the shorts have been spot on.
Not selling unless the stock breaks down on vol, Im just hoping one of these days the stock catches a bid and some serious money starts to push the stock. That will get momo players aboard and get the shorts on the defensive.
2 more months? lol
I dont think i can last that long, Im talking about my retail acct. The IRA positions Im ok with holding.
TASR may be ready for another leg higher, you still in?
Wow, big drop! I thing thats because the 10.70 level has held soo well and they see little to gain.
Not sure, but i missed the last 2 pts. Got some today at 16.90, but i hope it trades down to 16.25 so i can add. This has $25 written all over it.
Good points and I agree, we want the shorts out of this stock! They also have deep pockets and can keep a stock down for much longer than you would like. Perfect example is with TASR which over the years was always heavily shorted and they are at a point now when they basically left the stock (only 3%) short.
Shorts usually gravitate to speculative stocks or ones with nosebleed PEs. I think its a great sign that its coming down with Solazyme. It tells investors that at $11 bucks considering where they are on their growth path its no longer a good short play.
Its a great video and they seem to be on track, but investors are skeptical that they can produce enough, sell enough and at a profitable price.
There is no other explanation for the stock trading $11 after a $18 IPO
Im surprised JW didnt mention ADM as a critical partner. I realize he couldnt mention everyone, but other than Bunge you would think adm would be near the top of the list, no?
This should be interesting
I hear ya, they certainly aren't making it easy to hold the stock. For me 10.70 is a line in the sand considering how silent they have been.
If it closes below 10.70, it wont be going back up any time soon IMO
That said i doubt it happens unless something is wrong
