Timeline: they get notice of delisting on the 17th, interim release of bogus data on the 21st, stock goes up to $1.23 the morning of the 22nd, and falls down to the 0.80's and King posts the SEC filing for delisting on the 22nd afternoon. A lot of shares were bought at $1.23...I wonder who. Gives pharma companies a bad name. Dead and buried. I hope the SEC is looking into this!
