On January 12, GURU acquired a profitable human and animal antibiotic company. They are now Chemicals, Medical and Natural Gas.
Antibiotic business in China is huge given the scare of many different diseases..
People were wondering why they were not buying back stock, well they were INVESTING the cash to bring in a growth high profit business:
go to Edgar filing on 1/12
Or maybe they found gas under there bromide well and are using a third party to determine the amount and whether it can be extracted profitably?? ever thought of that &%er!!??
BLRX a hidden biotech gem- huge pipeline (heart, cancer, celiacs, skin lesions more) - Novartis just invested - Teva spinoff.
2 dollar stock, only 60 million market cap.
Analysts have a short term price target of 9-11
2015 has numerous catalysts including some drug approval/revenue announcements coming very soon.
Very novel direct treatment of cancers. Hard to treat cancer. This thing has ran hard in the recent past from news. VERY low float. In the sweet spot price range now of 2.70
in the sweet spot at 2.70 and small float. Has ran big very recently. Super novel cancer treatment and brain stem cell therapies. If their technology works, which it has shown recently to excel at, this is a 200X bagger or more
CANF - Moving now - very low market cap - news this month - Unbelievable pipeline
huge volume right now. Follow the volume on these. Even more important than a 15% price jump
Is it because that is the price they gave Novartis a few months ago. Last year they priced at $2.50. With a closing stock price of 2.84 they should have priced it there
at least they now have plenty of cash. Novartis took a 12% stake but did BLRX receive funds from that or was it an at the market purchasr?
Everything with these small cap stocks is manipulation. Everything. Price action yesterday and holding it at 2.11-2.15 is too. The think I want to know is if this is a good thing. Analyze the latest manipulation in order to understand the next action by the market makers. whats next is the question, what are they up too?
I calculate about 55 million with the secondary.
But, did Novartis buy 10 million worth of stock directly from BLRX? Or was this an open market buy? If so, than they have 65 million in cash or so? Correct?/
Can someone explain the terms in laymens language please?. I do not understand how this particular financing is set up. Does a low stock price benefit the financier under this agreement? Or, is this just some large investors getting out?
four other drugs with multibillion $ markets. The number of shorts here tells me there will be a big turnaround for a short term large profit
Also sexual dysfunction
Dont care what this company does but volume, technicals and very low float are showing 11-12 bucks in 2-3 days
By 2016 should have 7 cleared FDA devices they said in the call also. Revenue is going to explode and already is!
Their devices/products are exceeding even the most optimistic goals
