Just a quick thank you to someone that didn't know what they owned. Appreciate your generosity.
Good to know what CELH investors are concerned with most ..... a word that's incorrectly spelled. I wonder what your main concern will be when this heads back below $2.00 ? Certainly not the sharpest tools in the shed on this thread.
If it makes your day twisting the words of everyone then knock yourself out. You're a proven loser while my money behind Willis will make me a small fortune. Sucks for you as you continue to look like a low-life troll.
Yet in less than 3 months at ABRW, he's pulled off nothing short of a miracle. We'll let you live in the past while we go to the bank.
1) Taken the product from 2,000 stores to 2,400
2) Taken the annual revenue run rate from $2.47 million to nearly $5 million per the webcast
3) Walked into a bank and walked out with a $10.7 million dollar check in hand (4.5% interest) in order to buy a very profitable company 20X the size of ABRW
4) Struck a deal with Smith's Food & Drug for 139 stores
5) Hinted that other accretive acquisitions are already in the works
For those criticizing the new guy, you're either the dumbest person on the planet or simply talking your book in trying to buy the stock cheaper since you missed the first leg up.
Now that we have your calculator fixed, let's work on your brain. It was stated that shareholders could expect the fully diluted share count to be around 25 million after the acquisition, but that was also stated back when the stock was trading at .65 cents, but since that time the stock has risen and due to the rise in the stock, far fewer shares will he used for the acquisition based on VWAP for June. Now I know that's over your head, but at least others will understand. Secondly, with over $2 million in working capital that accompanies the 4.5% loan, there is NO need for a secondary as you fraudulently and repeatedly misrepresent. Hope that helps.
Peter Piper, I think it's time to learn how to use that calculator of yours. This first acquisition will cost about 4.25 million shares out of a total of about 17 million fully diluted outstanding shares. Without even using a calculator, I can tell you this transaction is 25% dilutive in return for a profitable company that's 20X their size. Not a better deal done by any other CEO on any exchange. 60% dilution ? Looks like you'll be held back in 1st grade for yet another year. Keep trying and never give up.
At some point, I suppose you'll want to stop pulling your facts out of a Cracker Jack box.
I'm just happy in knowing a tool like yourself won't be buying the stock and that you get to watch us make a fortune. Almost as enjoyable as the money itself.
If you listened to the webcast you would have heard they weren't sure how they would proceed with the water business. Didn't sound like they were as enthusiastic about it as you are.
Here's what's hilarious ..... you'll miss the next leg up as you did the first time.
The bubble burst ? LOL. You think "burst" at $10.00 when you're nowhere to be found.
I guess you missed it when our CEO walked into a bank and walked out with a $10.7 million dollar check. Only dilution here is in your brain.
attempted criminal manipulation of the stock. Not because people really think there's something wrong with the company, but just the opposite. What we've been witnessing is a "Do as I say, not as I do" crowd that's actually dying to own the stock because they see they've missed one 5-bagger and don't want to miss out on the next one. And this stock WILL rise another 5 bags. The fundamentals are in place and the products are fantastic and beginning July 1st, all Hell is going to break loose on the distribution side of the equation. And if you think this first acquisition was amazing, the CEO already has others in the works. He told you this when the PR announcing the acquisition was first released. This is going to be a very very hot stock and rightfully so. The company's fully funded, has NO need to sell stock and trades at a current valuation that's 6X less than the industry average. This will change and it won't take long. The stock is still way way under the radar and very underfollowed. I've got my popcorn and making fun of these tools in due time will be of great pleasure.
What a dope, as the bank loan covers more than enough working capital. You've been screaming "secondary" since day one, yet even an attempted manipulator like you knows better. The stock is inflated ? ROTFLOL !! Yeah, at .55X sales, it's only 6X less than the industry average that consists of mostly companies that are losing money. Please lay down the crack pipe once and for all.
Xing Tea is very profitable as it stands right now, but sales get even bigger after closing of the acquisition. Meanwhile, the deal also includes the energy drink that was launched a couple of weeks ago, Aspen Pure Water, Xing juices, but wait ..... we also get New Age Beverage Distribution Company. And my oh my, in a couple of weeks, cross-selling begins, margins increase and over $7.5 million drops to the bottom line. What will your argument be then ? That life isn't fair ? LOL.
That's how slime like you operate, by twisting facts to suit your agenda. Even the enemies I made on the RLYP Twitter feed will tell you I've nailed 100% of my many calls, yet you casually take a tweet of mine that's projected out no more than a week and make it sound as if it's a long term call. That's exactly how true cowards operate.
And so now you're also a mining expert because you live in Canada ? You by far have to be the biggest "Tool" that's ever posted on Yahoo or anywhere else.
Your Twitter handle "AvoidTheBag" is spot on, as you have so far avoided 5 bags to the upside and will undoubtedly avoid another 5 bags.
Thank God you don't manage anyone's money other than the $20 bucks you're now down to.
You were either dropped on your head at birth or are attempting to pry shares out of the hands of good people for yourself. In addition, you can't even make a case about the fundamentals, so you try to attack someone for what they allegedly did in 3rd grade. Either way, you're a true piece of work besides being a total P.O.S.
"Willis was the architect of Coca-Cola's turnaround in Venezuela, during which 50 years of competitive brand dominance was reversed. Coca-Cola now leads in Venezuela with near 70 percent market share versus only 10 percent in 1996."
Who needs to get their facts straight ? I'd be amazed if half you moron geniuses could tie your own shoes.
