Said it should go much higher and I'm very surprised that Citron is in on the long side.
and it appears to me this deal is much larger than most think, as the company will now establish a footprint in the USA. He sounded very positive and it also appears the turnaround is for real.
That CC was a total disaster. Only $230K total revenue for Avcom ? LOL. And not cash-flow break-even for another year ? Good grief. The $500K giveaway is deceptive per CC, as it's nothing but an insured lottery. It's no giveaway like they make it sound. They don't have .50 cents to give away. I'll come back here about a month before the Markman and buy at $1.25
Convertible notes and warrants and Iroquois & Hudson Bay will short this down to .50 cents IMO.
For the fact that there's $18 billion each year in infringing revenue. They bought the stock longggg before recent acquisitions knowing full well there's a monster payday up ahead. They are much more of an attractive buyout candidate now with their acquisitions. Market cap less than $30 million and no need for a straight equity raise with their cash position. This stock will be near $7.00 without the overhang by the time Markman rolls around.
You will now be stuck and not sell until we drop below $2.00
You and others don't get it and obviously never will. I suggest you hold till the company raises capital again. Enjoy the $10 million quarterly burn. LOL.
I just did because I know by the end of the day, the stock will probably close red. Anyone with an inkling of a clue whatsoever knows this based on history. History does and will repeat itself here without any doubt whatsoever .... and you know it.
See you at $1.25 and we'll see who doesn't have a clue. You don't buy any stock after an expired catalyst, especially one where you know they need to raise capital.
Seriously LOL at ALL who are buying this pump before the dump.
Show me real growth and I'll take another look. With the stock being pumped several places today, you guys can buy this pop, but not me.
Interesting .... someone losing a little faith in their position ?
A capital raise is imminent IMO in order to be able to ramp up GAO win.
These buffoons couldn't manage a lemonade stand. R/S ..... ha ha ha. What a bioscam deluxe IMO.
You guys ? I've been bearish until now.
Roger, hopefully we'll get a very nice retail, tax-loss selling flush next week, thus leaving the battle between tutes and the hedgies. Most retailers have no business being in the stock.
Sorry my rookie, amateur friend, but that's the way it works in the real world. There's too many lemming retailers in the stock that have no clue what they own and they have to be washed out once and for all. Your exit is a good sign. Stick with mutual funds and leave the real money making to the pros.
