I know this company is growing like a weed and thus I expect it will trade at a premium, not to mention the float is tiny.
Don't forget to replace the word "dot" above with a period for copy and paste.
the stock has a long ways to go upward. This is sooooooo set up to replicate MU's monster run. Trades wayyyyy too cheap with EPS estimates of $1.81 this year and $2.55 next year and people WILL take profits along the way.
Bought a starter at $3.66 and I said "deceptive dilution machine" because they led everyone to believe they had money to last thru Q2 of next year and the next thing you know .... wham .... $50 million shelf. At $3.66, it's worth a small starter because a capital raise does take uncertainty about financial needs off the table.
You guys are wayyyy too emotional about your investments/trading. Be smart and know what to do without defending your position to the death. The remaining $14 million on the shelf is desperately needed for build-out. Patience is needed and again .... first buy point is $1.38 and since it's not for an acquisition, you might get $1.20
I invited Doug Bathauer to give shareholders an update and he has agreed to a 1:00pm E.S.T. briefing. He will give an update to shareholders and potential shareholders in our investor room on Paltalk as he did a few months ago. To listen to the CEO and/or participate in the Q&A afterwards, go to paltalk, register (it's free), create an alias and then search for the room called "stock talk live." In discussing the update with Bathauer, his mood was really good and says things are happening at lightning speed, so I suspect we will get a very favorable update. Personally, I have found this guy to be an amazing human being and as honest as any CEO we've ever interviewed out of about 50 CEO's over the last 3 years. With the recent elimination of ALL toxic debt, we have increased our holdings significantly.
Need I say more about this Mickey Mouse management team ? Nearing my $3.50 target that Flather laughed at, just as he laughed at my statement about shorts coming in back on April 2nd. Easy call here with this deceptive dilution machine. They still operate like they're an OTC company.
With no shares yet to borrow, they don't care, as they know this is a total scam company.
and thus are selling/shorting. LOL. In at $1.43 for a trade.
Wish they'd hurry up and take this dilution scam on down to .45 and get it over with. Heck, even at .45 they'll still be dumping fast and furious.
Buy point is $1.38
Get the wax out of your ears ..... ADMP has been a great trader for me. Loss ? You are like most other lemming retailers who own this habitual dilution sham.
EBF .... the reason I always make money (made a bundle on last ADMP run-up) is because I can rapidly adjust to what's actually happening in real time with stocks. You might recall I recently assigned a $3.50 target to ADMP and even made a side bet with their IR person, M.F. I was the only person on April 1st that claimed short-sellers were moving in and everyone said I was crazy. The fact remains ..... you buffoons are ALWAYS behind the curve. Learn from the master and make $$$$ instead of always drinking the kool-aid and losing $$$$. I am your master and you are the sheep, period, end of this story.
Slow bleed to zero begins.
They led everyone to believe that the last capital raise was all they needed and obviously that was a lie. Why do you think they wouldn't take questions in the recent webcast ? Think that's bad ? Did you see the recent reiteration from CRT ? They're going to use these buffoons once again for the next raise. Exactly what everyone does NOT want, as the quality of investors provided by CRT will result in an explosion in the short interest numbers. Bottom line is this amateur hour OTC CEO could care less about the stock price. The guy can't even attract quality investment bankers. This sham is operating as if the company was still an OTC stock, always raising money regardless of price. The majority of shareholders (bagholders for life) are lemming retailers who don't have a clue. And have you ever spoken with the CEO ? I felt like I was buying a used car. If what this company has is so great, why no partner to foot the bills ? Because an old dog doesn't change it's spots. Once a serial diluter, always a serial diluter. Stay tuned for the ridiculous terms of the next massive dump. A real CEO might make this work, but the stooge calling the signals eliminates ALL reasons to own this dilution scam stock.
Only the beginning folks. This merger will NEVER occur, period.
New low of day for MNK after initial spike on S-4 filing. Let the slow bleed continue.
You girls better start reading ...... page 163 for starters.
Seriously folks ..... grab a clue.
