The real question is ...... how many new bagholders were created today ? Speaking of massive ..... capital raise TBA any day now IMO.
Seriously, there was NO surprise element here and you saw how it traded in AH's after approval. No buyers at all, but plenty of retail lemmings ready to dump. This board has more idiots than most pink sheet scam boards. Monday will be hilarious.
Guys in my trading room thought I was crazy when I guessed a closing price today of $2.28 (I added at $1.85), but they're now scratching their heads.
At first glance, most would view this as a negative, but this shows confidence IMO, as I thought they would not ever raise money again and enter into a partnership that would fund the company through commercialization. I'm sort of thinking that NVIV sees huge $$$$ on down the road and has no interest in splitting the profits with anyone else. Good move here IMO, but I think they could have negotiated a better price, although they were probably assured by the funds that they're here as a long term investment. ADMP raised capital at $5.95, but those shares went into hands of institutional flippers and once they were out, the price tanked to $2.50, at which time they raised capital at $3.40 (while the stock was at $2.60), but this time the shares went into the hands of a long term healthcare fund and the stock now trades near $7.00, so it makes a HUGE difference as to who the funder is.
Since they previously had enough cash to last until March of 2016, (1) I would think the company wants to go it alone without a partner and (2) raise the cash before patient #2 assessment, in case the results aren't up to par with patient #1. It looks like the $1.50 shares will be going into strong hands that are in it for an investment and not a trade.
WOCU is not being pursued, as they have a true homerun on their hands with the three medical devices.
With the $1 million in the bank at the end of the last quarter along with the $1 million just received from Sysmex minus the Q4 cash burn and one month of burn this year, the company has about $1.6 million in the bank now and the burn has dropped from $100K a month down to $70K. There are other payments coming from Sysmex, but when they reach the final agreement, that's when millions roll in each year and the Coag device isn't even close to being the big money maker, as the MIDS then takes the spotlight followed by the DRS. Meanwhile, there's no dilution and shareholders just kick back and wait for bigger and bigger paydays. I've run the most likely model and I have the stock in the $3.00 range in 2 years and $8.00 in 4 years and then the numbers get silly after that.
And the company appears to have plenty of cash with a mountain more on the way. This company is wayyyyy under the radar and no one has a clue as to the possible size of the upcoming deal with Sysmex.
Listen, I've dealt with haters for a long time and am thick-skinned. Not one of those haters (trolls) could ever match my returns year in and year out, so in a way, I feel a little sorry for them. They're trolls that know nothing. I'm killing it on NVIV and will kill it this week in BIAD.
I can't imagine he won't adjust his estimates upward with positive data on patient #2.
What really cracked me up were the handful of idiots (aka trolls) that said I squandered an opportunity. LOL. Really ? I'm looking at my account and I can tell you nothing's been squandered. My guess is those bozos sold and are the one's that squandered an opportunity. I always know what I own, whereas most amateur clowns have no clue what they own, whether it's this or any other stock.
Bowel/Bladder recovery alone would be worth Billions ....... not millions.
They thought their new short position was a sure thing. Oops !!
Hey Bozo, you ever wonder why your posts are always getting a thumbs down ? Of course you don't because you don't have a clue. Losers like you are a dime a dozen on Yahoo. And where's your buddy "The Truth In NYC" or whatever his clueless handle is ? Two peas in a pod that ruin message boards for those trying to actually learn something.
Dude, you're a complete moron and the biggest bozo on this board. The Seeking Alpha editor said the article was great and well-written and would have received "PRO" status had I chosen to re-do it and include financial information about the stock. You are by far the biggest loser who's as clueless as they come. Carry on with B.S. garbage, as no one with a clue listens to a word you say. There's a reason my firm makes a ton of money trading/investing and why your only platform is a Yahoo! message board. YOU are what makes most Yahoo! message boards a total joke.
and hopefully a few listened. There were a couple of boneheads here (you know who you are) that made snide remarks about my article, but I guess I get the last laugh all the way to the bank, eh ?
