Your post could be responding to two posters in this thread (and smarter's post responds to the same two posters also if he took out "fleet"). :-))
Hey, my price prediction was right on! :-))

I see $13 plus......and soon! :-))
"My Name Is Elizabeth You Junkie" I think this could be a great title for a biography about an online life in social media. :-D)
Good grief sg, you need to calm down a bit. I copy a post from a law school case study for the purpose of having a sober discussion about the case and you respond with your usual diatribe on "ACETOMINOPHEN free....livers.....dirty Manchin......lol......paid shorts......goonies..lol...suffer 24-7 pain......junk meds......junkies.....portly's agenda.....etc". No one is questioning the value or quality of Zohydro for pain patients. We ARE trying to discuss and understand the intricacies of the Massachusetts case.
I understand your very emotional opinion sg. So, since you seem to know what Margaret Hamburg believes, how do you explain her QUOTATION that the states have a "responsibility FOR OVERSEEING THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE, the states have an important role to play in addressing a critical driver of opiod abuse-inappropriate prescribing practice", WROTE HAMBURG. Seems to me she agrees with the judge that a ban is inappropriate and unconstitutional BUT restrictions can be the purview of the states.
Sacagawea, below is a quote summarizing a case study about the Massachusetts case. It says the ban was not upheld but the restrictions were (with a quote from the FDA's Margaret Hamburg giving her opinion that states have a responsibility to be involved with regulating "prescribing practices".) is this a correct summary in your opinion?move 0users liked this postsusers disliked this posts0Reply
From law.nyu.edu, May 2, 2015 "Painkillers and Pomegranates" by Catherine Sharkey. Cut and paste summarizing the case study:
Two recent high-profile preemption lawsuits address the role of states vis-à-vis the FDA in regulating food and drug safety head on. In Zogenix, Inc. v. Patrick, a federal district court enjoined the Massachusetts government from enacting a statewide ban on Zohydro, an FDA- approved opioid drug,4 but upheld the state’s subsequent restrictions on how the drug is prescribed and dispensed.5 In Grocery Mfrs. #$%$’n v. Sorrell, food industry representatives have mounted a challenge to a recently enacted Vermont law mandating labeling of genetically engineered food, which the FDA, at least thus far, does not require.6
"Commissioner Hamburg took the position that the prescribing and dispensing restrictions [by Massachusetts] represented an appropriate exercise is state regulatory authority. 'As the entities with responsibility for overseeing the practice of medicine, the states have an important role to play in addressing a critical driver of opiod abuse- inappropriate prescribing practice,' wrote Hamburg. The point is that licky didn't make the prediction in this thread. His broker did. And the bigger point is that this mb's "positively positive" poser responded with RH is " secure in his position" and " not going anywhere" when, because sales were slower than hoped and the stock price was languishing at $1.50 and heading much lower (which the experienced chart readers, not sg of course, predicted), it is not far fetched for anyone to conclude that the CEO's job may be in jeopardy at some point in the future.
As usual you show your lack of understanding about how investors conclude what WILL happen in all likelihood IN THE FUTURE based on current performance. During the time you tried to "fool" people into believing Zohydro sales were "awesome", others saw that it was not producing the revenues necessary because, after Sumavel failed and had to be sold, Zogenix was a one product company with pipeline products far into the future which were only creating a revenue drain. Compounding that was the fact that the United States was using 95% of all opiods used and, as a result, the FDA started encouraging that opiods be used as a "last resort". Ultimately, as seen by the "bashers" who saw all this coming last year, Zogenix had to sell Zohydro (something you denied could happen as seen in this thread) and the CEO would be replaced (again something you denied could happen). It's called having vision into the future based on current evidence of performance and execution. Because of your misleading "positively positive" and " zippy positive" bias, you are blind to the outcomes that were predicted last year and actually happened. Except for your pain patient concerns which are admirable imo, YOU are the fake on many levels.
I am still hoping that Sg can provide the specific numbers from the "taller beautifuler" Relday models she says are out there. If she can't provide those specifics from the "tall beautiful models" she says she has seen then it is just one more baseless irresponsible lie among many for the purpose of responding to a "Basher". Show your "qualifications" and "Start digging" sg girl! You know.....for the "new investor".
And again see who was incorrect.

Ya from you tthat has no big dog in this race. Zogenix Inc NOT and neither is ZohydroER. Is it so difficult for you people to understand why Hawley has not been allowed to bark like a wild animal??? Corporate Attorneys have done this for good reasons.
And another "negative" opinion post from September 17, 2014 that turned out to be correct.
They should sell Zohydro ER
Current management does not have the stomach or experience to fight against big pharma and politicians. Just sell Zohydro for $300 or $400 million with some milestone payments and move on to other products. Give us shareholders a nice dividend and call it a day. I still find a worthwhile partnership scenario far fetched. If its a big name we get the short end of the stick and if its a small company then who cares. Less
Another post on the supposed New Director of Product Development and his "crew" and more than just posting about a job description. Yes, it is "awesome"......in how misleading and irresponsible to present this as fact to new investors.

Our new Director of NEW product development is looking to Bring in his most trusted himself ..so that could mean how ever many he wants on his new team and so on and so on!! LOL gonna be awesome
Interesting who turned out to be correct and, as usual, who turned out to be incorrect. And lesson for all.....he named his source.
As you like to say......stop bringing up the past. By November and December 2014 all the bad news was known and reflected in the share price. But you still (based on your chart reads, pattern analysis and candle reading I guess) called for an" easy run up" move to $5, then higher. You!re the one who brought up my ability to read charts, patterns and name candles. Don't cry and whine when your "abilities" to do the same are found less than stellar when you are the one who brought the subject up.

Really portly, sf I'm not even sure you can read a chart or know the names of Japanese candles and patterns etc. I just don't think so.

Actually their next hire needs to be a director of new product development since they definitely need new products and their Vice President of Product Development was one of the 10 or so executives let go along with the sales force, as seen by the three executives currently listed on their website, down from 13 or so.
SG, Are you SURE you know how to read charts or see those patterns and name those candles? Your post from December 5, 2014:
Expected PDUFA 01/30/2015 $50Million in cash & Equivalents, 11.97% Insider Holdings & 71.00% Institution Holdings. ZGNX setting up nicely for our next move to our $5.00 Goal. Still I don't believe I would sell at $5 . I'd like to see ZGNX in the $10-$20 area which is
where it should be by now. We are looking great for this run up...I'm ready Let's do this !!! Less
Not to mention this "zippy positive" holiday post under the heading of Zogenix FACTS which, again, served to mislead "new investors".

New Director product development coming your way and his highly experienced crew ...Happy Holidays!!!
Jlh, going back a few months gives sg the benefit of the doubt......lots of time for her "news" to happen. Below is her "foolish" post from November 27, 2014 responding to you that the new director of new product development "has been hired" and that he has "been bringing in his crew for the last few months. Unbelievable misinformation for all "new investors" when, above, she says she only posted about the job description that was placed by Zogenix. This is worse than just misleading investors.
You make yourself look more foolish everytime you post jlh ...did Zogenix Inc place an ad and hire a new Director for developing new products or not jlh19067? Has Our new Director been bringing in HIS crew of co workers over the past few months. Come On jlh state the FACTS. AND WHY IS HAWLEY HIRING OUR NEW DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT? ??? You have noooo answer do you jlh? Answer..Zogenix Inc has in place plans to CONTINUE TO BRING OTHER NEW PAIN MEDS TO MARKET. FACT PERIOD. YOU SOLD OUT ZGNX MONTHS AGO. WHY ARE YOU STILL COMING HERE AND POSTING YOUR GARBAGE..YOU DO NOT OWN ANY ZGNX SHARES ..NOT EVEN 1 ...Answer is your addicted to zgnx and you at some point lost money when u sold lol.DON'T BLAME US LONGS FOR YOU SELLING OUT. No one here told you to sell or Hold or Buy. Less
I don't think your "years" of chart reading classes and candle pattern analysis experience have helped you very much Sg.
