And for sure, in the meantime, the TSA is not going to be LOADING up now with products that have nukes in them only to have to go through the tedious process of disposing of them later.

Geez if you only had a brain,,,,,,,,,,,

  • posithinki posithinki Aug 26, 2014 8:41 PM Flag

Pretty Desparate aren't you Bruce? That BAA, as you well know, is for new products that will take that time frame to be developed. It has nothing to do with the products that the TSA will be deploying in the nxt several years. It's a BAA for research and development product grants. When it ois all said and done, not all those Company's products that received the grants will necessarily be adopted for use by the TSA. The TSA will pick and chose. Fr the Companies, it is a good way to get part of your product development paid for.

Try harder Bruce. Your posts are not cutting the mustard.

You have the nerve to come back here with your bee ss after your last posts were proved to be lies. Testing was not halted like you Said and the TSA does use MTBF. Check out their newest BAA for ETD MTBF is included in it.

There is no pressure because the date you just gave us is bogus. For all you know, which is nothing, the TSA could of already prepared that list but not yet published it. When the TSA tested the EDS products, the QPL was made public, when the orders were announced. Reason says that the QPL was established but not made public immediately. Point in fact, We found out we were on the Air Cargo QPL before the list was uodated for the public.
Spread your bee ss somewhere else, you have been proven to be a liar.

For a man, who owns a Marketing Company, Bruce, you are acting like a real dumb dumb. Or mybe you are a real dumb dumb, since you don't know th difference in the usage of the words there and their.

The rest of us get it but one more time for your pea brain to get it...... The original Solicitation said after the testing was compleed, the report was written and the product was placed on the QPL, purchasing would contact the Company for a request for proposal pricing. TSA would then evaluate the proposal and award a contract to the ompany, whose proposal best fit their objective.

The Solicitation was ammended ro say,,,,,,,,that this was no longer applicable. It stated, if you had reached at least stage 2, you would be eigible to receive a request for a proposal with pricing ftom the Contracting officer. Then a solicitatioon was issued for pricing a couple of months ago. The order of events then would be........Testing completed (which Glenn confirmed it was) Report written, QPL updatedd with the Company's name on it and then order issued. This leaves the option that the QPL could be made public the same day that the order is issued.

Wrap your little brain around this fact......The Competition is already on the QPL. They have no new product they announced, that is being tested. The TSA already has their product and did not
need to go through this testing if they wanted to order more of their product. So who is left in this equation Bruce? The only Company left is IMSC. Get it? Or do we have to keep going over this and over this to make your Marketing pea brain uderstand it???

So sorry you never got a marketing contract out of IMSC. But honestly, if you don't have command of the Engish language, what could Glenn do? Also so sorry that you sold your stock much lower than it is now.

Hope that you buy back in, Bruce, because we soooo want to meet you at the next shareholder meeting. You will be the first name tag we look for, after Tom's,of course.

Yep, I would agree Tom,that the lesson you are about to learn here...... you will definitely not forget. Malice towards individuals eventually gets repaid and pay up you will. Time for you to go back to IHUB and get your lickin from the kind folks there.

You are about to be dethroned as the Emperor without any clothes. Couldn't happen to a more worthy person than you.

I doubt this was their own doing TD. Most likely, they were paid by someone to do this......considering the recent racial comments posted here, way before we knew Glenn was invited to the WH to speak to those African leaders, regarding our products. In that case, they figured those Companies might do some due diligence on IMSC by checking here, before the Conference.

All this bee SS for the past few years is all tied in to SOMEONE'S agenda to take this company out. Fortunately for us, they have not succeeded and they Will Not succeed because we are too far along in the TSA process and we are aligned with the right people. They recognize and see the need for our technology.
There comes a point when we become "too important to fail" I think that time is here and I believe we may get some unexpected help in finding out exactly who is trying to cause our demise.

    Call the SEC

Any LT investor, who has yet to do this might want to add the fact that this is not the first time, that they tried to take the stock price down by bogus means.

Several years ago Anthony Davian of Davian Capital, used his twitter account to spread a libelous story( authored by Ben Sharvy) about IMSC that caused utter chaos in the trading of the stock, thus resulting in sizeable losses by some shareholders

Anthony Davian was accused of Fraud by the SEC and pled guilty to the charges. I doubt it would hurt to mention this connection and it most likely will help.We have been able to uncover the names of some of these paid and unpaid manipulators, here, but we need some help in linking the big Kahuna to them.

Keep the faith. They don't go to all these lengths, over the past two years, for a Company, that is going nowhere.

    SEC Complaint

    by tthomsen46 Aug 8, 2014 7:33 PM
posithinki posithinki Aug 9, 2014 1:44 PM Flag

You are right on Dave The more voices the SEC hears, the more likely they will look into this. It is easier to sit back and let someone else do it but in this case sitting ak does not help anyone of us. It hinders our effort.

It was just last year that the SEC caught up with Anthony Davian, the hedge fund and newsletter writer. If you remember,he was the one,who Ben Sharvy sent his article on IMSC to and Davian admittedly on his website sent it to all his newsletter contacts and other newsletter writers to forward. Davian is small potatoes in the grand scheme of things, but his investigation started with enough complaints to the SEC about him.

I hope everyone will take the time to do this.

  • Funny, that way before it was announced that Glenn was invited to participate in the African-US Conference for Trade opportunities, a large group of bashers appeared on this MB with racial slurs against the Company.

No doubt, that the Competition, with their lobbyists in Washington, found out either before or at the same time, that Glenn found out.....we were on the A list. Worried, they employed these bunch of #$%$ to pollute our board. The reason is clear case any of these African Companies were checking out IMSC in advance of the Conference. Their plan was to defame the Company and deter anyone from doing business with them. Common sense tells you..... that this would be the only reason they would conjure up this Bee SSS at this time or any time.

Keep the Faith. The Competition is DEFINITELY worried and we and they know why

This little Company, that Glenn resurrected from the ashes 5 years ago, has certainly grown up, due to the dedication, hard work and tenacity of our CEO. This is the second time, in a short period of time, that Glenn has been invited to the White House to speak. Today, he is among the impressive leaders of very large Corporations, like Lockheed, Caterpillar, Citigroup, chevron, GE, Merk etc. None of our established competitors are there. Neither are any up and coming wannabe competitors We are among the ELITE in the Business Community, meeting with a large range of African Companies and supported by Govt officials, such as the President, Vice President, Secretary of State John Kerry and ex Prez Bill Clinton.

The opportunity here is huge. Not to be forgotten is the French Certification, that we received not too long ago. Bill McGann reiterated how important that Cert was for doing business in Africa, on a Conference call. All the steps that Glenn and Bill took to position our Company for greatness will be unveiled in multiple large orders now. The long term shareholders, here, have witnessed the baby grow up and take it;s first steps. That baby is now capable of running and run it will, all around the Competition.

Every event in life has a purpose. There was a reason that we were selected to protect the Conference of the Americas and speak 2 times at the White House. It's not hard to figure out. IMSC is now in the IN CROWD. Our fortunes are about to change dramatically. You can bank on that.

    Keep the faith..

And Mike Bloomberg is co hosting this with the Dept of Commerce. Bill Clinton is a special guest.
Not to be dismissed is the list of African Companies in attendance. Lots of banks, airports, airlines, and critical Infostructure Companies, stock Exchanges etc, AQ has a big foothold in Africa as witnessed by recent events. IMSC has made many sales in these type of industries overseas already.

Wonder how many new shareholders we will get because of this Conference, besides the sales opportunities. make no mistake......little IMSC is growing up and about to play in the big league.

The Nov 13 final attendance list. IMSC and everyone else still there except the first name on that list, that referred to the Mars project. It was there a month ago why remove it now? And it is only an attendance list. You either attended or you didn't?

Still no volume over there and eroding price. Did you notice that if you received funding from any govt agency before on a submitted product , the TSA wants to know all the details about it. Doesn't apply to us but could apply to others.

Interesting but nothing to take to the bank IMO.

And we both know the SOME airports that bought was a drop in a HUGE bucket for what is out there. Smith's statement, Not mine us a VALIDATION of what is going on in the ETD industry, as the majority of the entities wait for the TSA decision.

If you sold to the Govt before you know, you are knocking on an empty door if you think you are going to beat the system. And if you were truly a sales person, you would know, when you are hired you agree to a SALES PLAN, that gives you a base salary and sales levels that you obtain commission on. No seasoned, successful sales individual sits back and intends to live on the base salary. The Commission is where it is at. These are noy Bozo's that the company lured from the competition. they were the TOP sales people, used to making a lot of money.

Honestly, I could care if you agree with me or not. On this point, I Know what I am talking about. Continue on with your folly.

I am not here to defend anyone but I doubt you have a handle on what it takes to get a government sale. If you think these sales people are happy, sitting back and just waiting for a sale, you are very naive. They are on a plan where the bulk of their earnings are commissions. No sales, no commissions. This is standard in the industry and these people came from large companies, where hey made huge commissions and thus a large yearly income. Believe me they are going above and beyond talking to their customers to drive the sales in. Once you have tasted success with large earnings, you are driven to keep them coming.

I have spent many years selling to Govt entities and managing the people who sell to them and I can personally attest that you don't know what you are talking about. Do you not get it? This industry is FROZEN, waiting to see what comes out of the TSA for guidance. We are getting sales for what the TSA has no influence on,like Corporate security, Infostructure protection etc. Smiths alluded to this in their earnings release.

Back seat driving and complaining before the race starts, serves no purpose. Let's get the last TSA cert and give them a little time to drive the sales in. These entities will still have to get the required paperwork through.Obe more thing, if you remember, G lemm said on a conference call, when asked by an analyst, if there would be any other expenses coming, "There will be a stream of commissions for the sales people'

There is a pent up demand and thus a huge pipeline all around the world. If you truly own shares, sell if you are so impatient. I stated the facts. If you see the need to criticize me..... Feel free to do so.

That reminds me of the day trader, who told us last year on a slow day that he flipped his shares for a .05 cent gain. When we looked up hiis trade , we found out he made a $21 profit less commission. I couldn't dream this up if I tried. And when we called him on it, he said "well at least it was a profit" LOL
