    IMSC 19TH PATENT

by entendanceinvestors 2 hours 47 minutes ago

The most important part of the press release is:

"The vortex, a miniature tornado, allows our system to harvest particles from different types of surfaces and items using air jets and/or aerosols, making it an ideal tool for next generation technologies in aviation checkpoint and other high volume screening applications," stated Dr. Said Boumsellek, Director of Advanced Technology Development for Implant Sciences(IMSC). "

Allowing our system to harvest particles FROM DIFFERENT TYPES OF SURFACES FOR NEXT GENERATION TECHNOLOGIES falls right in line with Malcolm's post about the Apex Screening program going on at the S&T to create an almost invisible checkpoint by integrating imaging, TRACE DETECTION,XRAY technology and software systems.

Thanks again Malcolm for alerting us to this program and to the Scientists at IMSC to develop the technology for this HUGE application.

Keep the Faith. The hits will keep coming......

The elusive new hand held .... Lol

Funny that you didn't go to the Shareholders meeting and ask about that Bruce. Isn't Wellesley very close to Wilmington? Oh I forgot, You had to be a shareholder to attend and we know you sold out a long time ago.

For your information.... cause it must have slipped your feeble mind, the Company has been working on that with the TSA since they signed the CRADA with them. The purpose of the CRADA is to bring the product to Commercialization just as the CRADA with the TSA for the B220 took that product to Commercialization. And you moaned about that and said no one would want that product. Didn't you our poor Brucie????????

Now let's get something straight......It isn't a completed product until the TSA says so and the Company won't talk about it just like they wouldn't talk specifically about the 220 until the TSA signed off on it. And for sure they won't be "biting the hand that feeds them" by complaining about the tedious process. You will get a clue that it is finished when the TSA advertises for final testing for a QPL. It will be much easier and faster for the handheld to go through that final process because it is built on the previously approved B220 technology.

Oh you of such little Faith Bruce. While this product is going through the final process, we will continue to sell the 220 to the entire world for the largest passenger throughput airports, then the smaller passenger throughput airports kick in, don't forget about the Narcotics worldwide market also. And yep the 150 is still selling while we await the new product. Don't forget about the Navy testing our 2 products and the State Dept looking for ETD also. Wow, is that a HUGE mouthful of product to be ordered and delivered!!!!!!

IMSC to be bought out by GE?

I hardily doubt that. Mc Gann thought enough of the IMSC technology that he told Brenda Baron to go there in 2005. That was told to me face to face by Brenda. Stop your lying.

Hey Bozo, what happened to your PAL that you told us to buy at .29 in Feb? Just looked and it is .02 now. Kind of reminds me of that silver stock you were touting a few years ago that went to zero.

You are the King of losers......The Emperor without any clothes. LOL

The july 15th PR said they shipped some 150's and also said product shipments included applications like Mass transit. As said before, gotta love those Pr's combining onsie, twosies orders because their tests seem to result in future million dollar orders.

China is already using them on their railway systems. USA could be next along with EU countries. They have quite a big railway system connecting the countries there.

IMSC here, there and soon to be everywhere. Keep the Faith

Right now the Company is going to use the money it takes in to make more product. This way they don't have to borrow more money to make more product. It is absolutely ludicrous that the KNOW IT ALL on ISNUB insists we take 4 Mil of the money, we didn't even get yet, to pay off some DMRJ converts. If we do that, where does the money come from to build more product?? Could it be we would have to borrow more money defeating the purpose? And no one on ISNUB questioned that dumb logic. Unbelievable.

The more product that goes out the door and the faster it goes out the door, the better position we will be in because of the money turn. My guess is the Company will wait a while to refi, while they sell their way through some of this debt in the next 2 quarters. And all this bee ss calling for Refi right now is just that Bee SSS. Just because it is repeated 100 times a day on ISNUB does not make it the right thing to do AT THE MOMENT. Be patient. Roger knows much more than these naysayers and a plan is in place to take action on this issue.

You bring up a great point Malcolm. All those onsie, twosies going out are now turning into Millions in sales, You know they are still going out as witnessed by the July 15th PR lumping them all together in a over 1 Mil dollars shipped around 4 Continents into Mass Transportation, Cargo facilities,Infrastructure and aviation Security.

And we know this strategy is working to our advantage because the PR's are saying our product was shown to beat the Competitors product, hands down, when tested side by side.

Got to love that July 15th onsie, twosie PR........because we know some more Million Dollar orders will be on their way from these entities.....

To all those who kept the Faith...........The doors to the Kingdom have opened.

We believe that there is additional opportunity for our systems over the next several years in France, as well as across the rest of Europe, as the EU ETD regulations for airports with fewer than 500,000 passengers are set to be implemented after the major airports' installation of ETDs is complete," stated Dr. Darryl Jones, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Implant Sciences. "The European market is as important to our expanding growth as the opportunity domestically is with the TSA, and we are pleased that our technology continues to receive favorable market acceptance."

Guess what stupid, anyone can look up my posting history and see that I was not here when the stock was $17. My first buy was at .12 and that is when I. Started posting.
And if you had a half a brain you could go to websites that evaluate salaries for CEO's in the NE for public Companies and see that the salary Glenn got was in the going rate range. And with the knowledge from these sites, that is how the BOD figures out what to pay employees and EXECS. IT has NOTHING TO DO WITH the ratio you gave. You, want to pay a CEO what a great technology salesman makes in a year and that's not the way it goes. And believe me, more than one of us here are astute enough to know about these websites, and have used them to justify our packages when we are hired.

And when Netflix took that dive 3 years ago, they did not have those sales, were losing subscribers and the street and the analysts were doubting Reed Hastings running of the company, saying not to buy the stock on the downward move. More than just a few were saying it was throwing good money after bad. So it took some guts and vision to buy on the downswing and hold. The same theory applies here....No guts, no glory.

Continue on with your nonsense. Obviously, you have not learned that the great majority of the LT shareholders realize the opportunity here and have no intention to listen to your ENDLESS babbling and will add to our position along the way.

You have the wrong board to post on. We do not suffer from Bipolar depression or schizophrenia like some on another board. CHEERS.

"Implant Sciences has sold up to 605 units to EU international airports since April 2015 to meet upcoming ETD regulations "

"The selection of Implant Sciences' QS-B220 by international airports in the Czech Republic adds to the growing list of airports in Europe that have chosen Implant Sciences' superior performance over competing systems after head-to-head airport trials. The company believes that its QS-B220's value proposition, low false alarm rate, and high degree of efficiency drove these purchase decisions. "

"We believe that we are witnessing a major tipping point in the ETD industry, with Implant Sciences being the catalyst. We have brought together a team replete with industry knowledge, technical expertise, and business know-how, and we have leveraged solid partnerships with key distributors. We believe we have developed the best ETD system by making a product that is simple and economical to use. Our systems' capabilities and performance have been proven as we beat our competitors in the lab and in operational trials," stated Dr. Darryl Jones, Implant Sciences' Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.

"Our 'culture of service' - our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as placing importance on teamwork and internally treating each other as important stakeholders - has set us apart in the industry," Dr. Jones added. "All of these factors have come together in such a way that has elevated Implant Sciences and enabled us to be recognized as an emerging market leader."

"These systems were sold across four continents to be deployed in a variety of applications including mass transportation, cargo screening, infrastructure protection, and aviation security."

It's very important to note that we continue to add more sales for applications other than airport Security. Nice to see that Mass transportation application has now appeared. The market for train and bus security across the Globe is huge. Just remember history shows we usually sell a few for test purposes and that is followed up by a much bigger order for that application. Also notice we have shipped orders to 4 different continents. Could we have a new country on board? My guess yes.....

Keep the Faith. As witnessed by the recent PR's the next few quarters should be blowout quarters for us even without the TSA sales.

    ETD CONSUMABLES HSTS05_15_Q_050005

They are looking for pricing for ETD consumables. It is totally set aside small business. They requested pricing from Implant, smiths and Morpho. They will be awarding a 5 yr blanket purchase contract to be billed every 3 months.. the response date July 23rd.

What is very noteworthy is that the Consummable list for Smiths and Morpho is 2 to 3 times larger than IMSC's.

Some more from Maeberly, who actually attended the meeting "himself"

It was interesting to see that the focus was on drugs and etd. When Natalya gave us a demonstration she used TNT but talked as much about drug detection. She mentioned China and subways as big markets.

Bill said that the new handheld was ready but didn't give details about production or distribution. Someone, not sure if it was bill or bob alluded to a game changer. Something to do with airports but was months or years away.

We got the sense that there was a least as much they couldn't talk about as they shared with us.

Can't tell you enough how impressed we are with implant.

Pay attention to the last paragraph. It pertains to some posters on yahoo also. Seems like some people want to spin everything negatively. The same people who bombarded this board about Glenn's attitude are now transferring the negative to Mc Gann. The fact is, we are going forward with or without the Naysayers. My guess is we will soon have another big contract to PR.

    Keep the Faith.
