Good for you. I have been away since I lost my fortune of 118k to Eric 'Butthead' Rose. Luckily, I bailed at 1.28. The nightmares are just beginning to subside.
Nice to see you continuing to point THE FINGER at the rapest management, Siga.
Are you still holding any shares? Guts.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Hi. New to CHGT. On the 20th of November the financial report suggested that they had no money and probably could't get any money and hoped to have enough cash to stay afloat for another month. Then, today, their stock held flat. Am I missing something somewhere. Why should/would someone invest in this spiraling stock? They don't seem to even have a plan.
Seems as though you are right on the money today. The 'down-swing' that you talk about might just be happening. I don't know if we are 'being played' but I hate the gains not sticking. Prettycup
Maybe it's just me but based on the drop since the call maybe Judd was right afterall. Besides, can anyone remember a call when shares didn't tumble? I agree, maybe siga should limit their conferences. Prettycup
Drodman (it just seemed so unfair to not include this guy)
I know! Every day I check Yahoo's news link on SIGA and see absolutely nothing posted there since G. Hudson posted his C*ap, 'A Case For Buying Both SIGA and PIP'. That was posted on December 10, 2013. Really, SIGA. Sometimes 'no news' is not 'good news'. ~prettycup
Now, that's funny! Even when Drod points out the fact that SIGA is going back down, and they can see that fact on their computer monitor, they give him a thumbs down. Must the pumpers be that obvious, or are they really that stupid? ~prettycup
Ditto Drod. Mostly I wish I had never heard of this company. It's a sad joke. Maybe we've all been pranked and they'll give us back all the money we've lost. Please? ~pretty
Can any of you brilliant minds explain to this not so brilliant mind what an 'Evidentiary Hearing' is all about? Will PIP and SIGA be presenting...AGAIN..... This is nuts. Let's end this thing! Or is Parsons expected to rule? I understand PIP down today because of the FDA's decision to freeze their leading drug candidate, but is SIGA seeing an increase because of a possible positive turn by Parsons?
Inquiring minds want to know. ~ pretty
Ummmm, are you expecting me to check every message board post in order to find some link to some mysterious article that you are referring too? Any chance you could share link, or explain article? Any help you can give would be appreciated! pretty
Seriously? More court dates!!!? C'mon, decide already! Really, can either PIP or SIGA offer ANY NEW NEWS/OPINIONS!? This is stupid! Unbelievable! Am I missing something here? Golly, how long can this poop go on? Unreal. I've been holding onto this garbage stock since 2005. Somebody wake me from this nightmare! ~pretty
Any thoughts on how long Parsons will take to render his decision?
Rose also suggested that NOW they could focus on their pipeline! Does he mean that NO progress as been made on Dengue? When it is time, what will the first step be; grants, rats, monkeys, humans? What is the next step or maybe the first step? -pretty
the rest of Haynes statement, "We intend to establish to the Chancery Court, consistent with that Court's earlier conclusions, that PharmAthene's evidence of expectancy damages is speculative and too uncertain, contingent, and conjectural to permit an award."
from the release, "William J. Haynes II, SIGA's General Counsel, commented, "We are pleased with the Delaware Supreme Court ruling issued on Friday. The Supreme Court's decision states that PharmAthene may only obtain damages for its lost expectancy if it can prove them 'with reasonable certainty.'
