This won't break $3 sustained until after they give positive fy15 guidance. All this turmoil is about fy15, fy16. ie: tcm. Perron will drag his feet into 2015 before giving such guidance. Why? He seems to like making dumb decisions.
If were me, I'd give 2 moly guidances: with and without feis.
#$%$, that's not true. They will and talked about doing drill samples outside mm (within mile or 2, etc) which would increase there reserves/etc and effectively life of mine, etc.
Cash matters. Cash per share is an irrelevant metric ... If you have debt.
Personally, I think tc will have about $240m cash for cc3.
My biggest fear is Perron/Saxton talking about $75-$100m min liquidity again. I think I might have an aneurysm if they do that again.
Cash stuff is true.
But what I don't get and #$%$ me off some is that Perron goes off on C&M for tcm but doesn't touch endako. That mine is a dying dog. Tcm is at least healthy dog at worst.
A) it's called "the syrene song" as I recall. B) it's why Vegas puts a table limit on roulette/etc. makes it that much more unlikely to score back to even on single bet if down big.
It's also what happened to Long Term Capital in the 97 crash. They kept doubling down on the double bet. They eventually ran out of access to $$$ to keep doubling down.
Yahoo Finance News has a story about Super rich buying all the gold bars they can find.
Ultra I agree. The ONLY thing that keeps me here is that I've always had a ~5yr horizon with TC. If not taken out by hostile takeover (increasingly likely) in this period at moderately low price ($4-$5 max) then it should break loose with refi. But I don't see the TC ticker in existence within the 2yrs. Perron et al clown show is doing what they can to keep this puppy dumb. IMHO. Shall see.
That's a lawsuit in this case. I know it happens all the time. But Perron has NOT demonstrated that he's worth that kind of retention.
Buyout. Buyout. Buyout. It's only play to make for Perron.
Someone. Anyone. PLEASE euthanize TC with a buyout (hostile if necessary). $3 bid and I walk happy.
I have to agree. I like the way EMR does it... If tc is going to release anything at all. That is... Give range. 0 to +5% yoy moly. +50% to +60% yoy au. Etc. it would be one way to ween them off and still be transparent. Maybe release it in mo2 of a quarter. Details to be flushed out but along those lines.
I agree, actual production numbers is doing more harm than good right now.
Yes, I'd give him an A for the MM rampup but considering that he didnt takeover until after it had already started up, it's very hard to give it much weighting since its more luck of what he inherited vs mgmt prowess so to speak.
Communication: F-. I am having a very hard time coming up with any name who is worse than him at managing a conference call, etc. I am NOT saying that he is the worst active CEO at this... just that I cant think of one.
Transparency: D. A lot of (bad) surprises along the way in his first year. Crusher. tMeds. C&M. etc.
Expectations/IR: D+. I give him the "+" here because at least he didnt totally fumble the recent MM visit. Lacks investor/analyst confidence. In trying to build credibility by being conservative he's actually harming his credibility. No coherent messaging or comm strategy and fumbles questions/etc at will.
