ddshort, As much as I hate to admit it, but, for the short term, you've been right so far with KZ falling. Why is KZ tanking? There are many more companies with far worst financials and even slower growth than KZ, yet their share price fetch much higher multiples, WHY?!

Well, I hope you are right. I am holding BAC in several accounts. It's done well, but, not quite as well as many of the other financials....
However, I think some investors / traders are "counting their chickens before they hatch" It's sorta like waiting for the other shoe to drop.
So why isn't BAC share prices going up like all the other financials inst.?
Bull, u are being sarcastic about KZ not tanking, right? KZ is at a 52week low?!!! How isn't that tanking?
Basiarob, you got that right, nobody knows about KZ. KZ is neither heavily accumulated or heavily sold by any large institutions. KZ is not well known or followed extensively.
It hasn't help matters that KZ earnings growth in the past year has decelerated moderately compared to earnings growth in the past three years.
I hate to sound so down on this company, but what excitement or good has KZ produced to stay relevant?
I'm tempted to buy too. Fundamentally, KZ looks low risk. However, each time I read KZ profile, it doesn't appear "sexy" with their service delivery via 2G technology platform.
Isn't that old technology?
How do you propose stopping the price fall?! It is the market, it is what it is.
KZ sleeping? If KZ heartbeat goes any lower, the market is going to declare KZ dead...
I've held (not trade) KZ for years and haven't really profited; in fact, I have to pay some foriegn annual tax/fee!
KZ can't pay dividend. KZ has no debt to speak of, yet they're not cash flow rich either.
Thanks for the info that it sounds like they are legit comp, albeit a company poorly prepared for the competition...
Sadly, I haven't sold, but, sustaining a big loss too!
Flip, seems to me you provided the answer already. NTP is not going to reach their goal at their present pace of buying $2 mill per month.. With 5 months until November, the current rate of spending $2mill/month or $14mill by Nov. 2014, they will fall short of their goal, unless NTP overpays the $7.10/share. NTP is conservative and will not likely overspend unnecessarily.
Likely, they let the "buyback" plan expire. Still, buying back approx. 5% of the company in 7 months is quite impressive.
NTP get bought, seems far fetched idea. That doesn't sound like the founder M.O. He likes to retain shares and pay dividends to himself, whenever the company is flush with cash.
Nam Tai announced the record date for the Company's third quarter cash dividend of $0.02 per common share will be on June 30, 2014 and the dividend payment date will be on July 18, 2014.
At 10% repurchase worth in two months, NTP is doing quite well in achieving it's goal. Typically, other companies take years to accomplish their goal, that is if they don't let the "buyback" plan expire.
@ Yankee , hmmm....asking for a synopsis? How would you like a simple answer that it isn't a science and doesn't go down to the penny? Are you coming around that one should not simply state a very bullish statement with no basis of facts or acceptable criteria.
As I stated before, which you never responded....... I understand Technical Analysis is more tea leaf reading than science. However, having said that, TA still must have some rational to claim Support Levels, such as, 50dma, 100dma, 200dma, etc... One can't simply call out a new support level or stating a very bullishness with no basis of facts or acceptable criteria. Otherwise, how can folks communicate with any understanding?

How can this company become profitable? PRGN continues taking on more debt with no firm delivery commitments and as if matters can't be worst, they got balloon payments too boot!
Management is very fiscally liberal with investors capital. I wish I understood PRGN better before investing.
