I should have grabbed some at 420, and hope to have the opportunity to do so again.
Twist you #$%$ idiot, you know good and well that VVR is not part of the lawsuit. Pomegranate cited allegations made by VVR in it's suit against BAT. End of story.
You are the biggest lier on this board, and I hope you die a painful death from cancer, because you continue to spread cancerous lies on this message board. You are a loser, and should just put a gun to your head and blow what's left of your brains out.

Lol!
But will President Obama pardon his brother and let him go?
I approve the use of drones, and any or every weapon we possibly can use against our (perceived) enemies.
Cluster bombs, nerve gas, nukes, phosphorus incendiaries, whatever.
Hit a mosque? Sure, if that is where the enemy is.
Agreed that mine idling and layoffs are good thing, but Obama is still President, and market forces will easly push shareprice under $2.00. If it bounces off the 52 week low, than back up the truck and buy. Remember PCX! Many said the same as you.
I love coal, and coal stocks, but China is trying to slow economic growth, and Obama has four years to mess with the coal industry, via the EPA.
At this time, and this price, I reiterate "Sell".
RE: in the "12-31-2010 10-K filing."
Is that date correct? I could not find that document on EDGAR Online.
Downgrades and margin calls forthcoming, shareprice *WILL* retest 52-week low of $1.68.

I stand corrected.
No, but I am a very good investor.

RE: "A drop of honey is worth a gallon of gall."
I can pruchase a 16oz squeeze bottle of honey for $5.75 at WalMart. Gall is infinitely more expensive.
According to Havocscope Black Market Value: "Two pounds of bear bile on the black market has a price of $400,000, according to authorities. Bear bile, taken from a living bear’s gallbladder, is used as a treatment for conjunctivitis, jaundice and hemorrhoids."
Also: Why are bears being poached for their gall bladders?
Unfortunately for bears, they are the only species with a gall bladder that produces fairly large quantities of bile, or bile salts, an ingredient that has been used in traditional Asian medicines for as long as 3,000 years. It is reported to cure a number of ailments, including cirrhosis of the liver, high blood pressure, jaundice, diabetes, heart disease, fever, headache, hemorrhoids, severe burns, and tooth decay. It also is used in health care products such as shampoo, and as a food delicacy. While synthetic forms of UDCA (the active ingredient in bile that has been proven to have some medicinal qualities) are available, there is a tradition that indicates the cure must come from nature to be effective. Prices for bear gall bladders are astronomically high in some countries — in Japan, gall bladders can sell for $1500 to $4000 each. A bear gall bladder is approximately the size of a human thumb, and is virtually indistinguishable from the gall bladder of a cow or a pig in its dried, "fig-like" state. Fakes have flooded the market, leading some people to go to extraordinary lengths to obtain authentic gall bladders. This has led to an increase in poaching across North America and Russia. Having the bear killed before your eyes ensures that the gall bladder is the real thing. Sold at extremely high prices, a record $45,000 was paid for a single gallbladder (Barron 1991). To illustrate the avid market in this product, an Asian dealer in New York City was murdered in 1991 to obtain his profits from the sale of bear gallbladders. Japan imported 1,500 pounds of bear bile in 1989 alone (Schaller 1993).
I have stated for three years that F(u) was a thief.

Does not bode well for ABAT.
I concur with your interpretation womb-birth, etc.
His book is in reprint, and should be avaliable again soon. I have not taken a vacation lately, so I might as well go to New Mexico and look for it, but I will wait until I have the book and warmer weather.
The "warm waters halt" could also be one of the many hot springs, the Abiquiu Reservoir Dam, etc.
The "home of Brown" could be a historic site of someone named Brown, a brown colored rock formation, a brown cliff full of cliff swallow nests, the location where he caught a brown trout as a child with his father, etc.
The "found the blaze" quote could be a reference to Christ, a sunset, the Abiquiu geologic formation ("Land of Shining Stone").
In any event, I find it a better mystery than ABAT's missing financial statements.
I forgot to mention: It is buried or placed on public lands, somewhere in the mountains north of Santa Fe, above 5000' elevation.
Just Goog: "Forrest Fenn's treasure"
Nine clues are hidden in this poem, the book is sold out.
As I have gone alone in there
And with my treasures bold,
I can keep my secret where,
And hint of riches new and old.
Begin it where warm waters halt
And take it in the canyon down,
Not far, but too far to walk.
Put in below the home of Brown.
From there it’s no place for the meek,
The end is ever drawing nigh;
There’ll be no paddle up your creek,
Just heavy loads and water high.
If you’ve been wise and found the blaze,
Look quickly down, your quest to cease,
But tarry scant with marvel gaze,
Just take the chest and go in peace.
So why is it that I must go
And leave my trove for all to seek?
The answers I already know,
I’ve done it tired, and now I’m weak.
So hear me all and listen good,
Your effort will be worth the cold.
If you are brave and in the wood
I give you title to the gold.

Who cares about the Pope? They are all child molesters anyway. Bad analogy.
Oh I get it! F(u) and the board of directors are all criminals and child molesters! Good analogy! Note the word "anal" in analogy.
