Certainly hope not. I make investment decisions on two criteria: Personal experiences and valuation. Obviously, the former was a disaster, and imho valuation is too high for its slowing growth rate. GLTLs but I will go the other way on this one.

ordered the sampler and waited 20 minutes for it. In the meantime, three different servers tried to put food in front of us that was not ours. It was comical. Finally, ours arrived and it was disappointing. Sent it back because the hot stuff was almost cold.
For you sports fans, you will love this. On the big featured screen, a football game ended. This was followed by "inside Edition" . The biggest game of the day wasn't on any tv in the place. I asked one of the servers if perhaps they could put on the game instead of an entertainment show and she said she would go tell the manager to change it. Never happened!!!! We left.
I have no position in this stock as of now but I will short it soon. There is no way this stock should be selling where it is if this is the way they run a restaurant. If this is a franchise location, then they should have done a better job training owner/manager. Looks like they sell locations and move on. Period. Probably explains how few people were in it at prime time on a Saturday in football season..

This past Saturday, I experienced the worst service/food in my entire 50 years of frequenting restaurants and it was at the local BWLD. My only regret is that the whole experience was not recorded. It began with standing at the hostess desk for 5 minutes to be seated even though the place was only about 25% full. Eventually we went to a table in the bar area. After a few minutes a waitress showed up and said she would be right back. She did come back about 5 minutes later. I ordered a gin martini on the rocks with a twist of lemon. My friend ordered a tonic with lime, specifically saying tonic as in gin and tonic and not soda water. The waitress repeated the order back and it was as if she had never listen. My martini was to come straight up and my friend was going to get soda water!! Huh?
About 10 minutes went by and we were not served. I notice for a long period there was nobody behind the bar. Finally, a "bartender" appeared but leaned over to talk and joke with a friend. Since we had not seen our waitress since she took our order, I went to the bar (almost empty) and tried to get the bartender's attention. She finally came over and asked why I was standing there. I told her the drinks we had ordered had not arrived and I noticed that she was not making them. She asked what I had ordered and I told her. She said she was not going to make the martini because "the waitress did not ring it up correctly". After some give and take, she agreed to make our drinks and the waitress appeared with them. 20+ minutes had gone by. I picked up my martini and a quarter of a large lemon was sitting in it-not a twist of lemon. When the waitress came by I asked if I could just have a twist instead. After a few minutes she came back and said they didn't have any twists. Huh! The have the lemons and they have the knife but can't offer a twist. I gave up.
The food experience was also a complete disaster. continued in reply.....

Todays action of a big drop followed by a solid rebound to plus territory is a sign of an extremely strong stock that wants to go higher. Triple digits may be right around the corner. imho.

Most mf's on 10/30 tax year so will sell this today and offset the loss against other gains. Maximum pressure today-good bounce on Monday.

Bought a ton below 22. Thanks all you non-believers. Most companies would kill to have the forecasted margins not to mention the revenue gains. Once and a while you get gifts like this and the rich take advantage and get richer. After all, greed is good the man says. Thanks again.
