I am shocked it has held up do well after the news of selling 10s if millions of shares at .03. Sure the money is great for the company, but when those shares hit the stock will suffer.
What is confusing is the part where it says, "The company"
If you read the beginning of the filing PHOT is referred to as "The company" and thus, PHOT is the one doing the stock delivery. The first time I read it I read it wrong also. Hope this helps, the dilution has a slight possibility of being over-ridden by other good news and technically the stock could still go up but very unlikely in my opinion.
Good luck (well I guess I could have inserted an insult here to counter yours, but chose the higher path lol)
I copied and pasted it for you since you seem to have missed the part about the dilution...
The OTHER COMPANY will incur no dilution from the deal. This news was enough for me to move to the sidelines with a nice profit and most likely get back in much cheaper and thus I will be able to enjoy the growth the company occurs from this deal after the dilution takes affect. Well, that is the game plan anyway.
From the filing:
In accordance with the Agreement, the Company and CANX entered into a Warrant Agreement whereby the Company delivered CANX 140,000,000 freely transferable, unrestricted warrants to purchase 140,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock, at a maximum strike price of $0.033 per share, par value $0.0001 per share.
Subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Company may issue an additional 100,000,000 freely transferable, unrestricted warrants to purchase 100,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, at a maximum strike price of $0.033 per share and twenty (20) blocks of warrants in the Company, with each block consisting of 10,000,000 freely transferable, unrestricted warrants to purchase 10,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock, at a maximum strike price of $0.033 per share, par value $0.0001.
Because the company was already undervalued to begin with after being sold off from the .20+ range. Have you seen how expensive organic produce is? Freaking bell peppers for $5.00 or more. I paid like $6.00 for an egg plant... The wife is into the stuff I could hardly care less, but with the cannabis and organic market plays I have been able to make some decent returns in the market over the last several years.
Keep talking dilution? Check my posts it was the first I'd mentioned it.. Just sold a few days ago I have owned since early September... What do you mean no dilution? Did you read it? At first I also thought no dilution but that is for the OTHER COMPANY. PHOT is selling millions of shares for a penny that is dilution pal :)
The dilution got me spooked. Sold my entire stake over the last several days for about .09 average which is not bad for average buy around .05. Moved into TRTC but still watching like a hawk to see the direction on this.
Not sure if it was smart or not but sold PHOT a few days ago to buy TRTC in the low 7s. So far so good but thought PHOT would be lower by now and thought TRTC would be higher.
Yet no rebuttal from management. They threatened litigation about 6 months ago and this time ignored the article completely other than the quality issue which was only a fraction of the shenanigans written about MJNA.
It's almost like a bad joke. Look at the comments about it everyone is making fun of the idea no one will pay $500 for shipping a toaster lol
Wow did something stupid and took your word for it. Greners comes in waaaay lower than HTG. Too much lower in my opinion but they are establishing their brand so I guess I can deal.
Ok but are investors pouring money into them? If not they will not expand nearly as fast and be overtaken. You asked a question and didn't hear the answer. Tens of millions in investment dollars is what PHOT has other players do not. This will lead to changes in their business model i.e. Cause it to grow rapidly much faster than the competition.
The competition doesn't have 10s of millions of equity. You can't buy all the equipment needed for indoor cultivation at lowes or walmart.. There is no other major player selling from coast to coast with online sales. Growth is what moves stocks higher just look at amazon virtually 0% profit margin focusing on growth alone and they are doing very well.
Aren't you the guy from the PHOT bored? You hate all mj stocks or what? PHOT and GWPH are insane money makers for the coming decade...
They should hope so. At some point earnings will have to catch up to market cap.
It's an investment. All investments are made with hopes of a return above what you invested into the company. It's really not that difficult to understand. In time you may figure out how it all works. Your statements make it clear why you will miss the bus that is for sure.
If receiving a $40 million investment were bad wouldn't the stock have dropped on the news? Millions of investment dollars poured in immediately and will continue to do so. We're up around 30% since the news broke last week, and still has a low market cap for a stock with so many assets. The balance sheet just went exponential and so will the stock price...
Someone who ponies up $40 million as a single investment has a lot of credibility from the get go. The money will hit the balance sheet and immediately change the game for the value of this company. To sit here and see something so amazing happen and ridicule it rather than profit from it is idiotic beyond words.
You seriously think a $40MM investment by a group of investors is the same thing as a loan?
Time to start a new ID and try again...
In the stock market, the more $$$ invested, the higher the value of the security. Investment and company growth is precisely what makes investors money and this company is seeing massive increases in both. Get on board or get lost it doesn't matter to me what YOU do...
