I've held plenty of stocks that dropped 25% or more on an earnings miss and a lot more than 8% of the shares were traded. This was a modest takedown by any measure.
Things change. The fact that it produced exceptional returns in the past has little relevance to what it will do in the future. If the past predicts the future, then this quarter should have been very good. It wasn't.
The court isn't gong to consider consequences of its decision. In any case, banks already have demonstrated they're in charge. Too big to fail proves it.

Lawyers are the only people who make money on shareholder suits. Can't trade on yesterday's news. Fact is, 70 percent of the float was churned today. Current price is the lowest it's ever been. Previous all time low was $10.16 in 2006. For people buying today this is a gift.
