Hp? I show on 2-17 Baker Bros 4.02M shares 7.0% ownership per SEC filing, Do you agree to that, which would mean a increase over the 1.2M on Arrowhead site?

That someone like GILD or ROCHE, could being getting information from the FDA thru a 3rd Party, in reference to what is going on, with the PCH? Someone stated yesterday that GILD bought that other company for 11B. If you were them, would you like to get a promising young company working on HBV as cheap as you could? Say 4-5B, especially if they have inside information, on 2A and 2B. Just Speculating on a slow day in the market. I love who done it and why movies. The more the stock price move up/and more information posted, the higher the price, if there will ever be a BUYOUT. You have to strike while the iron is hot. ARWR knows that there is still big RISKS going forward, and a big company can reduce those RISKS. You know the old saying "One in the hand, in better than two in the BUSH.

Now, look at the share price.
WHY? Hp I still believe in the Conspiracy Theory. You have a nice little Company, who has a great idea and Science, with the right people, at the right time. Then BOOM. They (I Don't know who they are) drive the price down, etc, etc, and you know the past pit falls. IF big $$$ wants you to fail, they will succeed, no matter what. You stated that the other day. Does big Pharm want a little company in control of this big market? If not what could they do, to STOP you in your tracks. I think two things, no matter the Science and how it works, ARWR is in a Corner, and trying to buy time. Only way out is for something BIG to happen. JMO. All the "ifs" look great on paper, but not if you don't succeed. And someone has a BIG ROAD BLOCK stopping us currently. I agree with you. The SP should be 15-20, buts it not. The question is WHY??

You have to come to the conclusion, that IF they would have released the 3mg prior, and it had not met with the markets expectations, where would the SP be today? Again, legal dept is now in control. NO MORE LAW SUITS.

  • All I can say, is that it will be interesting. A $7-$8SP company, w/$3 Cash, up to $15/or more in assets .With $125S/or more potential in 3-5 years..The question is, if the latter is correct, would it be prudent to make a offer now and ask for a vote, or wait until 2B is complete? or show no interest. Like it has been
said before, and has been stated many times on this board, this could be a gold mine. Would they strike while the iron is hot, or would it be impossible to do? A lot of 5% controlling interest at this time, that could control a vote to YES. In my opinion, they COMPANY would not be able to control a vote to block it, w/no voting power at this time. Am I right or wrong to even suggest this, at this time?? Just speculating. Plus the short interest would be in the favor of the buying company to surge the Price to even more, than the buying price offer. Those new 5% would make a bundle. JMO on a slow day.
