I looked at the SEC filings under SATS and saw the CT order but I could'nt get anything to pull up. Also, I was reading Multichannel News today and saw where Charlie Ergen was personally trying to purchase Lightsquared not through Dish Network. He's buying it himself.
Does everyone still have money in their account? Also, did everyone see where Swarts filed an appeal last week, so this should mean Aldo and Swarts are appealing. Also, Charlie with Dish bought most of the Lightsquared preferred shares a few days ago. And finally, Blackstone, the financial advisors for TSC, in court documents keep saying someone is wanting to buy the TSC assets.
They came out with a plan for issuing new Terrestar common stock back in Jan.2012. This was filed with the SEC. Then at the end of last year they witdrew that filing and they issued a new stock plan. The plan in Oct.2012 talks about issuing common stock for a private Terrestar not a public. TSC cancelling the stock symbol is no surprise since that was in the plan. TSC is now private and new common stock will be issued after the effective date. The filing for the private stock issuance was over 100 pages long and had a lot of law language in it so it was hard to understand it. We still may get something out of this.
It was filed on February 28, 2013. This may not be over yet!
Jeffrey Swarts just filed an appeal 3-13-13 against TSC and TSN. It's on the TSN bankruptcy website.
tstrq symbol was cancelled prior to close. We'll have to see what happens next!
This case has taken a long time. Along the way, before the por was approved, there could have been deals made. I think it was you that said Verizon was in court with TSN right now. TSC and TSN have the same address now. I'm sure alot goes on behind the scenes that we don't hear about.
I don't know for sure, but it looks like the only employee left is the Terrestar lawyer. The office is in Vienna,Va. The debtors have also been busy putting the licenses in their name. The one thing that I feel good about is AT&T being on the service lists. This list contains the lawyers, the debtors, the SEC, FCC and so on. All of these are sent court documents when they happen. I got into this because of AT&T and the Genus phone and I hope it was a good decision. I feel AT&T won't let the debtors steal the spectrum.
Just looked at hrg and the afterhours is below 1%. I feel better now.
Just now I looked at the price of hrg and It has shot up about 9% afterhours. When I see this I keep thinking of all the inside dealing these people have done all these years. I have a bad feeling in my stomach and I hope this doesn't happen.
