I think the concept of magic fairy dust would not go over so well at a tech conference so technical presentations with some peer review and critique would bring the porkervision d2d/d2p story to a rapid end. Of course the same will eventually happen with the USPTO but it will take longer enabling JP to extract more $$ from the gullible folk, which seems to explain JP's strategy.
Here at hedge fund central we are expecting a negative persistent decline resulting in sub 10 cent prices within a few months. The doofus, mgdavis, has no understanding of the chart and should take his nap.
Shorts of course fully expect to never cover given the likely 0.0 pps in a year or so.
Sux for them but there is always a last person to realize they have been duped by a scam. Of course in the meantime the principals will be trying to divert the small amount of remaining funds to themselves prior to turning the lights off and abandoning the lease.
The mgdavis fellow is probably short prkr (or works for his fabled hedge fund) and by constantly posting idiotic comments wants to create the impression that all prkr longs are imbeciles. He might have a point.
You are embarrassing yourself, that was a month ago doofus. Best delete the post now.
It will be very hard for JP and his minions to get some poor fool to pay more than a buck a share in the next pipe which will be happening soon. It's a shame because without any revenue, products or customers how else is porkervision supposed to make $$?
Probably - if they delay a little the USPTO will have time to invalidate the relevant patents in the soon to happening validity challenge. Looks bleak for porkervision and pumpers.
That would be because the patents in concern will probably be invalidated by the USPTO action if they delay a tad so the silly lawsuit will go away saving everyone concerened time
a dramatically failed positive key reversal perhaps? Looks very bleak for porkervision.
... as said by J Morrison a long time ago ...
this is the end
this is the end
my only friend, the end
of our elaborate plans, the end
no safety or surprise, the end
i'll never look into you eyes again
