Have you checked out the sports books straight up moneyline? Going by the sports book betting on a straight up moneyline bet, the odds are about 58% for Denver winning and 42% for Seattle winning. That is a pretty darn good predictor even thought sports book has nothing to do with winning or losing. The goal is to split the bet 50% on each team. It is still a good indicator to watch. Two weeks ago that moneyline was indicating just about 50% of the money was coming on for each team.
It is my guess since we are seeing the wealth isn't going to be as bad as everyone predicted two weeks ago that the betting is indicating Peyton Manning is going to get a chance to do his stuff without a big influence from the weather.
Betting is an interesting topic for me even though I don't gamble. I do watch how it moves going into an event.
