What to watch for is a weakening dollar. It will force the price of crude higher, but demand will still remain light as a recession, will keep people from driving. If you have a falling dollar foreign investors in the dollar and U.S. Based stocks will sell both, adding to an excess of dollars, and and a falling market. A falling market will flush out the new longs adding to the volatility. This recent rally may have a few more days, but it will get faded, i.e., sold off. That is because the underlying global economic environment stinks to high heaven. Throw in the migrants wrecking Europe and tying up resources needed to deal with them, Obamacare cost in the USA, and the shortened work weeks, and China's debt increases relative to GDP movement, as they try to figure out how to deal with a massive slowdown in manufacturing, and huge on hand inventories, and you have the recipe for a massive slowdown, globally. Things for the past 20 years have worked like this. China buys raw materials, (From Australia, The USA and South America) then manufactures products with those products, for US, and other developed nations, who then sell those products to the Europeans, and other developed nations with strong demand and currencies. Now the European Unions is stinking up the place, and the USA is overloaded with debt, as well as high unemployment, therefore, we are buying less things from China, to sell to Europe, so they buy less from Australia and others, leaving the world in a massive slowdown. Meaning - China will have to restructure their debt, the USA will have to keep rates low, which keeps the world flush with dollars, all while european women get fondled and raped by Muslims savages, all throwing everything into a mess.
You are about to see the worst market decline in decades, and it may not come back for a decade, especially if Democrats take the White House. Make money here by buying the TZA, TWM, UVXY and the TVIX. When gold pops, buy the GDX, NGUT, and get filthy rich. I'm out, anyone still holding this POS in a few months is a fool.
