Won't make a difference. Majority of shares are held by insiders. They didn't let go of control! Remember what happened to pps last time we lost our CEO? And he wasn't good at his job. Perrin knows how to scale a business.

How does $1.10 even make sense??

Ha! Well put. I've been buying this stock for the past 3 years. Started at $2.50, bought more at $2, believed Frank and bought all the way up to $5. It was interesting to watch the Board fire Frank for not delivering, classic in business operations. I'm thankful that I can now buy shares close to $1. Outstanding, and the longer it stays down here the better! Anyone dought that its going above $10

NVIV is going to double by March when human trials start on a medical device that has paralyzed monkeys walking again.

What are your plans? 100% of my portfolio is NVIV now. Was going to lighten by 50% in March. No risk between now and then. Results will send it skyward or back to $1. So, if you are a large shareholder do you hold through trials or take profit before results?

I like the 4 sma on a monthly chart. Hits it at least every other month. Skipped this month, so it will definetly hit it in Jan. Will be around $80. Then a strong run over $100.

Margins are directly related to EPS. $200 pps is achievable in the long run.

It won't take long to get back to $3 on is own. The 200 day moving average is the next price to test and that's at $2.75 right now.

The $200 pps calculation was based on profits as compared to ISRG, another med. device company. It is doable on the scaffold alone. Don't forget how high the margins are on the scaffold.

I think they are all met now except maintaining $3 per share for 5 days. I think Frank was the governance issue when he held Chairman, CEO, and CFO. He resigned all 3 positions and now is just a shareholder. As long as he's not a Director I don't think it matters how many shares he owns. Thoughts? Look at ONVO for comparision. They uplisted shortly after converting their warrants, which we did last summer.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • putuporshutup2 by putuporshutup2 Nov 20, 2013 11:27 AM Flag

Just watch the candlesticks for the reversal. In the meantime check out NVIV. Cure for paralysis, medical device company, just confirmed human trials start around Feb. Price will go from under $2 to over $6, in my opinion. This company also has some of the same directors that sit on ONVOs board.

  • putuporshutup2 by putuporshutup2 Nov 20, 2013 10:49 AM Flag

Again, the skys are bluer. All warrents were converted to cash, which gives them plenty of runway and removed the biggest obstacle to uplisting.

    5. NVIV has significant cash in the bank ($18 million), and access to $13 million more with warrants that are already issued. They have operated under-budget consistently, they will be in business for a long time and won't be distracted from their goals by fundraising, or any other cash issues. In essence, they have an A+ team with no worries except getting their scaffold device to market. This is a dream come true for speculative investors! And a rare and difficult thing for managers to acheive. It shows you how talented NVIV's managers are, A+.6. Managers just set-up a stock option plan at $2.68. This means that managers have the option, in the future, to purchase stock at $2.68. You would not buy a stock option at $2.68 until the pps was well above that. This indicates that insiders see significant upside from today's pps. So, as a speculative play, we are in a great position with very little downside, until the FDA process begins to unfold.7. Blue sky upside on NVIV is over 100X return from today's price because the product is very high margin, to-market rapidly, and scaled rapidly with a very small sales-force. Plus the PR potential is a big multipier.I strongly believe pps will more then double in the short term, based on news of the FDA trails alone. Beyond that, it is up to how the product performs inside a human! If it does well, we could see pps over $200. If it does poorly, we could see pps under $1. Simple Less

It is interesting that we are now in the exact same place we were last year! But the key difference now is that every layer of management now has direct experience in this stage of the company. Frank did his job very well during seed stage. We are now a development stage company and the sky ha never looked bluer! I doubled my position at $1.95. Still kicking myself for not doing it 2 days earlier at $1.10!

NVIV is a speculative play, with an A+ team, that has very recent experience with the FDA process, and significant cash in the bank.Stock price should double on news of FDA trial, beyond that who knows? They do have a team that can get this product to market quickly if the trial is positive. If trial is not positive, or delayed, share price will drop (good time to buy more shares). It is that simple. The managers NVIV just hired are experienced at pushing products through the FDA, plus they also know what not to do (Geron), and in the start-up world that is half the game!NVIV business:1. They have a revolutionary product, in a large un-met market, with sensational PR potential.2. Product is ready to manufacture, at very high margins. And it is made from an FDA approved material.3. They are using a Humanitarian Device Exemption, which means less time to market, and a faster pathway to revenue; great for investors.4.. Pre clinical trials results are consistent, and appear very repeatable in humans. Plus NVIV designed the trial, looks like a good chance of great trail results, and another big jump in pps, potentially this year. So, pps could do 3x-4x this year. Less

That sounds like wishfull thinking. I bought everything back that I sold last month plus some this am at $1.25 as soon as the reversal confirmed. We are now in a solid uptrend. I don't think you will see under $2 ever again.
