True, most companies get to vote the proxies that did not give any instructions on to cast their vote.
Makes one wonder if the company really wants this issue to pass since they are putting all of this action by letters and phone calls to vote the proxy. Does the management recommend a vote for these issues or against?
Checked the number, did a google on it and read the complaints. It appears others are having the same problems, those that do get an answer say repeated call for PSEC.
Using Merrill, I own a few shares not enough to influence the vote. These companies can aggressively find a telephone number for the owner of record. They pay the dividends to you. When they start to pass that information to a third party then I have a problem, especially when that third party places around 50 calls to me.
True most states, mine does. I am also allowed to record calls. I have answered and got dead air. This is plain harassment! If it is about the proxy why the intimidation? Do they not understand a person does not want to talk to them? Keep calling and it becomes harassment.
I don't have business with Toll Free Call I think it is AKA Altman Group, Inc.
I do not have a business relationship with those people.
Many a company hired a person because of their connections. Those connections helped in a take over of the company.
With the consolation in business and people wanting to off shore some trades does it make sense that GFIG would be a take out target. Didn't they reduce some head count? They seem to be already set up for the electronic trades that are being called for. It looks like they are getting lean, which usually means someone may be ready to pick them
I see that you don't trust a lot of people on this board. Are you so arrogant that you think posters care who you trust? I just want information good or bad, I let the stock movement tell me if posters advice was right or wrong.
So how do you see yourself on this board, excluding your trust issues?
