So educate me...this stock is FINALLY making money. However it has a PE thats in excess of 500....Why haven't the Analysts downgraded this stock in a big way, simply by valuation. The upwards potential is there but not at this PE...Interested in your thoughts - Seems this stock would be better priced at a PE of 50 or there abouts? Thanks
I think the overall success of Jack Ma will be tested. I doubt that all acquisitions will be successful, but as long as there is positive growth (more winners and losers), and they learn as they go, this company could become unbelievably successful. Alibaba is certainly on the move as evidenced by double digit growth each and every quarter. As this company matures, it could be a very exciting investment, provided the Chinese and or American government don't trip them up. I'm cautiously optimistic that good things will unfold as the next few years complete. It certainly feels like an easy double, but then again I'm a faithful optimist when it comes to Jack Ma. Then again its a Chinese company which should always offer pause.
This is not a political board but a board that is intended to discuss Boeing. The political people who have taken this board over are exactly why the GOP is becoming hated (in our face forced politics). Please go to a political board and leave this board to legitimate discussions relating to the company it represents. Thank you
If you believe in technicals. Going forward its higher lows and higher highs. I don't think you'll see $46 in this stock every. There will continue to be hugh swings in this stock, however with a positive bias. If there's every a breakout at the high, this stock could soar - but not sure how long that will be. If we break $86 this cycle, there could be a nice pop, with some momentum testing the markets reference price.
Roll back the clock and look at Amazon...was in the same place with the same type of rhetoric from the message boards...I fell for the comments and sold at 180...you know the rest.
Huh???? This stock swings 25 points (in both directions)...doesn't get much better than that. For those that tolerate risk, play in both directions.
