Hasn't that stock already dropped from about $38 to under $1.50 as more and more people figure out what is going on there? Didn't a lot of insiders pump up the stock on hype and rumors and then sell and bail out?
Doesn't the math come out to OVER 7 CENTURIES?
Wasn't this about the 2nd or 3rd time they were able to cash out on this deal? If they never get in trouble for it then why wouldn't they just change the name and do it again?
Won't you still lose EVERYTHING that you have invested in it?
Anybody? Isn't it just one dude's opinion? Isn't it from someone you never heard of a few hours ago? Is that really all it takes to get you to sell your position? Aren't analysts wrong more often than they are right? Didn't he hedge himself about 20 different ways in the report?
Weren't all you pumpers just singing the praises of Kodak real recently? How much credibility do you think you have when your story changes every time the situation changes? If they announce another Kodak agreement then is Kodak suddenly going to be an awesome business partner again?
Isn't it about time for this to happen AGAIN?
Wasn't this stock at $38 when I first asked the question? Who do you wish you had listened to - the pumpers or those of us trying to warn you? Didn't the pumpers attack the post then as they were riding high on their Al Podell Seeking Alpha articles and the hype and propaganda they were spewing all over the internet? Doesn't $38 per share look absurd for this POS now? Actually, doesn't $3 per share still look absurd? Won't selling give you a chunk of your money back in the form of a tax loss? Are they really bragging over a few bucks in revenues after they spent years hyping the whole world about the BILLIONS in opportunity here? How ridiculous does that look now? Do you still have your hope placed in the pumpers? What do they have to do before you can see through their disguise?
How much credibility could the current group have? Isn't it time for them to become a whole "new" set of people?
Hasn't that been the case for years now? Isn't it ALWAYS NEXT YEAR when this company will suddenly have revenues? Ever notice how it's never NEXT YEAR?
Isn't that the same thing the pumpers were JUST SAYING when this stock was at $7? What makes you think it's not going to 0?
Why would they do that? Was it just out of the kindness of their hearts? You don't think they could have thought the little bit of cash they got was way more valuable than what they were selling do you? Couldn't it be that they just wanted some competition so they decided to keep UNXL alive?
So what are you saying? Are you saying that the millions that the insiders made off of this company before splitting with the money actually came at someone else's expense? Could it have come from the investors who trusted these people? Shouldn't there be investigations?
Wasn't this stock around $38 when I first asked that question? Didn't I get attacked by the longs and pumpers for even suggesting that this was all hype and fraud? If you are/were long then don't you wish you had listened instead of letting the pumpers talk you into investing in a company with no sales, no revenues, and no profits? Who was really on your side? Was it those of us trying to warn you or the pumpers who were telling you what a great investment this is? Are you STILL listening to the pumpers? What does it take for you to wake up?
Hasn't the management of this company pulled off similar deals multiple times? At what point does our illustrious government step in and investigate? How many millions do shareholders have to lose to line the pockets of people selling nothing but hype before someone looks into it?
How has that gone for you so far? Now that the picture is becoming clearer, who was really on your side? Was it those of us questioning the validity of the company or the pumpers who promoted a company with ZERO SALES, ZERO PROFITS, ZERO REVENUES, ZERO…? Why were you attacking us anytime we tried to show the irrationality of investing in this company? Weren't we ultimately trying to save you some money?
If you EVER buy ANYTHING based on message board posts or Seeking Alpha articles shouldn't you probably be getting someone to handle your investments who knows what they are doing and isn't so gullible? Do you have ANY idea who the message board pumpers really are or who the authors of Seeking Alpha articles really are? If they were posting from prison how would you know the difference?
How many suckers will the pumpers steal money from in this same stock moving forward?
Wouldn't a contract like that provide incentive to pump the stock - especially as you approached your anniversary dates? In the last decade or two has the company actually produced ANYTHING other than hype?
