Is it a completely done deal or if another company was interested at a higher price could SNDK still go that route? Doesn't the fact that the options premiums are really high (even in the short term) make you wonder?
Do you really think politicians are going to attack drug and biotech companies? Wouldn't that wind up being political suicide once the full analysis came out? Aren't they really more worried about the idiots who do things like buy one drug and then raise the price to absurd levels? Isn't it a TOTAL non-issue for GILD? Why does Wall Street always lump entire sectors in with the worst of the group whenever bad news comes out for a handful of companies in the group?
