Thats been their pattern with all these small companies they have deals with.
Most small companies that are working with Apple end up getting bought out by Apple. It would be a drop in the bucket for them to acquire this company at a much higher price, thats just a little interest to pay for that.
Dont know much about this company but I see the key here as they are just beginning to rollout out nationwide and it will be a long term process of this expansion, similiar to frgi. I can definitely see how winter would affect sales in a big way especially this year.
The question is will all apps still run fine on it, thats one of the things they have done well so far is made it easy for developers to run one on many, including ipad and ipod touch.
I can tell you I'm quite impressed, they have really good food. Its also packed with people over lunch hours in my area.
