Playing out exactly as I predicted

Large receivables will be flowing in.

Cash may be tight now, but not for long.

Shares are remarkably cheap and this is almost the end of tax selling.

Macaluso said the company would not release the Optina results before the meeting with the FDA which was expected to be in January because of the holidays getting in the way.

He said, however, that they would release the results to shareholders before the FDA meeting if they were bad.

We have heard nothing about Optina.

Does this mean results are positive?

You are correct that with sales this strong and knowing that receivables will come in because these diagnostics are reimbursed by Medicare and insurance, funding growth will not be difficult.

This is one of the least risky stocks I know of with big growth potential because the model and the diagnostics and the sales are already in place. it just gets better with time.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I would love to be holding a bag full of MHCC shares. When you run the numbers of their projections, and when you compare the September quarter ACTUAL RESULTS, it is clear that this bag full of shares will be worth more than gold in 2015 and beyond.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Today's call stated that the current quarter ending December 31st is also very strong.

Management aso mentioned that the big sales increases were from two diagnostics and that they will be adding DermCDx in January and are predicting they expect to have a total of 6 diagnostics by the end of next year.

With 1,300 offices signed up and the rollout JUST BEGINNING, Millennium looks poised for exponential growth that is going to make today's buyers very wealthy if they commit and buy and just sock shares away.

Remember, these sale are not just a one time event. they will continue to grow exponentially as the number of physician offices and the number of diagnostics increases. The numbers will be staggering.

I would not be tempted to sell shares for several years because this kind of growth is very rare and almost impossible to find on Wall Street.

Between the 10Q filing with the SEC and today's call, it is very clear that Millennium HealthCare is very much FOR REAL!

We are fortunate to have such a brilliant and dedicated management team.

Beware of naysayers trying to discredit Millennium and team. They are wrong and will cost you a lot of money in lost opportunity if you listen to them.

    Just sold all my shorts.

    What planet are you from?

You don't sell your shorts to cover. YOU BUY TO COVER! You should learn the correct trading terminology before you post ridiculous comments like that.

Interesting that you admit being short when all the time you were talking out of both sides of your mouth just like most people thought.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • racavalli racavalli Nov 29, 2014 9:08 PM Flag

There is nothing "SCAM" about filing a 10Q with the SEC that clearly demonstrates a revenue increase of over 1200%.

You are either trying to buy shares cheap or can't read.

Thank you very sincerely for your kind thoughts.

I've been quite busy talking about a few other companies that have equally exciting stories as Ampio.

Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas . . . but most of all . . . stay healthy and happy.

And get ready for a show by AMPE that nobody is going to believe. the stage is set, and the time is within weeks or months.

    :-)

    Add in the January Effect!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • The 10Q shows large receivable that are due from diagnostic revenues.

It probably takes at least 60 days from billing t receive funds which means that MHCC is about to begin to see arge revenues rolling in and doing nothing but growing and growing sharply from here.

    Q3 report opinion

    by katherine.delafontaine Nov 17, 2014 8:34 AM
racavalli racavalli Nov 17, 2014 9:50 AM Flag

Based on the overall picture, I do not believe the large number of shares issued will have any meaningful impact on the future performance of MHCC shares in the marketplace because the staggering sales projections (which have just been validated by the the 10Q filing last week) validate the projections and expectations for a very high priced stock in the coming years.

I also believe that the more shares and options held by management, the better it is for price performance in the future as management will be highly motivated to strive for the best results. I like to see management owning as many shares and options as possible.

Management has been exceptionally creative in developing this unique business model and executing with little cash.

I strongly recommend buying and holding for the long term for big maximum benefit. I believe the growth can and will be spectacular.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Management reported in detail.

The most significant detail is the revenues which were spectacular.

There were countless details accounted for and many details provided about shares that were paid out to consultants, etc and that is certainly not unusual for an early stage company to pay certain costly expenses with stock.

When revenue and profit potential is weighed, these stock issuances look insignificant compared to the overall picture. These revenues were based on a very small number of physician's offices and when we realize the growth potential, it is staggering.

With explosive revenues actually materializing exactly as the company has been projecting, attracting capital will not be difficult.

MHCC is a much safer buy now and is very attractive for the long term.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • racavalli racavalli Nov 12, 2014 2:25 PM Flag

Millennium is positioned to report spectacular revenues for the Sep quarter and for several years to come.

Their margins are very high and should create equally spectacular earnings in the future.

I would expect earnings on huge sales to lag for the next few quarters as the company ramps up.

Shares at these levels represent an outstanding buying opportunity

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Prevent AMPE from being sold short

    by skulik007 Oct 31, 2014 3:13 PM

    check with your broker.

shares held even in a cash account are normally vested in "Street Name" meaning the brokerage firm can lend them out for a fee.

besides . . . once again . . . short sellers are typically positioned for only short periods of time and can easily sell naked. they don't always need to borrow shares.

Prevent AMPE from being sold short

    by skulik007 Oct 31, 2014 3:13 PM
racavalli racavalli Nov 3, 2014 9:46 PM Flag

WARNING - THIS IS A VERY BAD IDEA FOR AMPE SHAREHOLDERS

Because the large short positions can #$%$ up all of your shares cheap when good news comes.

Besides, putting in ANY sell order does not prevent your brokerage firm from loaning your shares.

If you want to prevent your brokerage firm from lending your shares simply put them in your own account name and have them held in YOUR NAME. They cannot lend out what they do not own.

The bottom line is that short sellers can easily get away with selling naked and they don't need to borrow your shares.

Don't worry about the shorts. Just hope the company finally publishes aggressive good news or at least a steady campaign of good PR like every other successful publicly traded company.

The ONLY way to beat the shorts is to overpower them with buying power that is in excess of their shorting power. It is really that simple.

AMPE is now a 2015 story....

I believe you are correct in all of your assumptions. The data so far is more than compelling.

Investors just haven't figured it out yet and the hedge funds continue to make easy money shorting Ampio until MAJOR news is announced and that is still a ways off.

I believe AMPE is an exceptional buy and should be held for at least two to three years to maximize returns.

    Unquestionably.

Ampio has been manipulated by the hedge funds shorting it since they wrote the first hit article published in Seeking Alpha in December 2011.

Shares were $7.00 then and the article caused them to tank to $2.54

The hedge funds have doe very well shorting Ampio but all it takes is one big piece of news and when shares explode on volume that is too big for them to control, they must cover and take some hefty losses.

That day is right around the corner.

Buy now at the lows and hold for the long term for very large rewards.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Understanding the model and reading today's guidance foreshadows very high prices for Millennium shares in the coming days, weeks, months and years.

The people who have been heavy sellers for the past two months are going to be kicking themselves for the rest of their lives.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • There is no short interest so the buyers are all going long because they have figured out that MHC is a steal at these prices. Nasdaq shows zero short interest.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
