Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Message Board

  • The latest 10Q provides a "Product Update" that reads very strong.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Read all of his hundreds of posts about Ampio and you will see that he has positioned himself as an expert with a slightly positive comment but ALWAYS gets in a discrediting statement about AMPE that is enough to offset any positive comment and that clearly causes enough doubt to create selling or discourage buying.

He ALWAYS talks out of both sides of his mouth with a definite overweight and conclusion of doubt and discredit of Ampio.

EXAMPLE – Listen to the shareholders call a couple of weeks ago when the company made it clear that there is no major hurdle around Ampio because all that is required is a short 12-week, single injection trial that produces a p value of .05 which is childsplay for Ampion given the fact that it has consistently produced p values of P=0.001.

In his post below, BillWilliams refers to Ampio’s MAJOR HURDLE which is clearly non-existent.

“Ampion still has a large hurdle to clear - larger than HA's which are on the FDA device pathway. KL2's have to be included, for which it is already known that Ampion confers no advantage over saline.?

Agsin, listen to the shareholder call and you will clearly see that there is no major hurdle and that Bill Williams CLEARLY represents short interests.

Recommend placing Bill Williams on IGNORE

I have followed Ampio for years and understand the mechanisms of their drugs Ampio and Optina and am very satisfied with trial data to date that appears destined for FDA approval in the not too distant future.

It is beyond crystal clear that Ampio share prices are heavily manipulated by hedge funds that can depress the price very easily.

Any seasoned investor can easily find market comps that are far in excess of Ampio's that supports this argument.

I believe you are right that this is an excellent buying opportunity for those investors who are objective and not subject to emotional name calling etc.

Unfortunately this message board is dominated by short interests who have been clever at disguising their true intentons and the many others who have little or nothing to say except empty hyperbole just so they will be noticed.

A little more time will bring about prices that will be more reflective of the real value and I believe that is going to be much much higher and most likely before the end of this year.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

i haven't reviewed the latest statements in detail and you are probably correct, but it f there is any debt, it is probably not a major obstacle and it would be best to examine the details of the debt.

I will look into it further but don not expect any surprises

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

the company has no debt, high-growth revenues with the potential to really rip in the near future and has brought in new management and has already acquired two companies in less than one month and it looks like a big flow is about to come.

nobody listens to the bashers because it comes across very clearly that they are irrational and make no sense and speak only out of anger and nonsense

i agree that this is an exceptionally good opportunity to make very large percentage returns with low risk. the price is already down and that has removed te risk for investors in my opinion.

Think about this . . . we know the sellers are simply dumping shares they were paid with because the company paid many of their bills with shares since they didn't have cash. The big question is WHO IS BUYING ALL THESE MILLIONS OF SHARES THE UNINFORMED SELLERS ARE DUMPING? IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THE BUYERS KNOW SOMETHING WE DON'T.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

They are making room to bring on new management that can accelerate growth.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • racavalli racavalli Jul 24, 2015 5:38 PM Flag

    Here are the facts:

MHCC has reported the following revenues:

    2010 $67,221
    2011 $225,40
    2012 $1.69
    2013 $1.99
    2014 $8.34M

The company has issued shares to finance their growth and those shares have been sold aggressively by the vendors to get paid.

This has resulted in an EXTREME OVERSOLD POSITION.

New management, Noel Mijares, is now the CEO who is bringing a wealth of a lifetime of experience, contacts, relationships and deals. Don't be surprised if he brings big capital to MHCC.

Mijares now owns one third of the common shares so we can expect that they won't stay cheap for very long.

Indeed, SOMEBODY is buying all te shares that have been dumped but it looks like the price is in the process of reversing which coincides with all the recent announcements of new acquisitions.

Reading between the lines, buyers are grabbing all the shares they can at these prices and certain negative posts appear to be slanted to stimulate selling to enhance the buyers.

It seems apparent that there is going to be a wealth of new and substantial news to accelerate growth even beyond the 400% growth of 2014 over 2013.

MHCC has already announce two important acquisitions in the last month and that appears to be just the very beginning of what could be a big surprise growth curve taking prices back up to where they belong.

Expect big things from this penny stock.

  • Very informative and very positive.

SPA trial for Ampion only needs to achieve efficacy of P=0.05 and they can do that easily.

    Optina results were stellar.

Shares remain highly undervalued and excellent buy with low risk.

Plenty of cash to last through the end of 2016 and no debt.

Great place to accumulate or average down.

The negativity is only on this board that is coming from the short players.

The call was amazing but unfortunately very took the time to listen and of them very few have the confidence to listen to their own instincts that are screaming BUY WHILE ITS CHEAP!

Ampio has ZERO PUBLIC RELATIONS THAT IS A HUGE MISTAKE.

Hopefully, they will fight back and just not sit there and turn the other cheek.

you are correct about the timing. A few months off if they dont get fast track, but the outcome is the same and that is an enormous success with both Ampion and Optina.

As usual you are misleading and wrong about all of your conclusions.

You are obviously a short player or just some knucklehead who likes to make himself feel better by bashing other people.

    You are definitely on "IGNORE"

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    Everything I hear was positive.

The FDA is allowing them to to go forward with the BLA filing after a short trial of single injection, 4 ml, 12 weeks. MM say expects to commence short trial in less than 60 days.

BLA could be fast-tracked and has good chance.

Even without fast track, Ampion should be approved and commercially available in mid 2016.

Big pharma will compete for Ampio rights because the market and the eed is large.

Big pharma will probably not take risk before BLA is filed but I predict a major licensing deal will be announced close to the completion of the upcoming short trial. Maybe soner . . . maybe later, but big pharma is not going to let Ampion et away.

Optina data announced was very striking and quite valuable.

Company has adequate cash to hold out for deal.

    Street is underestimating Macaluso.

Hedge funds clearly have full control of Ampio stock price but may be getting worried because recent arrest of 4 puts AMPE trades in goldfish bowl. Expect hedge funds to lose control in the coming months.

OSIR has the wrong technology and it will not work well compared to far superior stem cell technologies

  • OAK patients managing pain will be warned against the use of NSAIDS as pain relief and Ampion will look even better to those in pain. BTW the numbers in pain are in the MILLIONS.

    copy paste and google:

FDA Drug Safety Communication: FDA strengthens warning that non-aspirin nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can cause heart attacks or strokes.

Of course, Ampion is not approved yet, but previous clinical trials including the patient numbers, the efficacy and the safety numbers are all there that meet the requirements for the FDA to allow Ampio to file the BLA for Ampion.

    Expect BIG SURPRISE THIS THURSDAY!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Hedge Funds are smart and have played Ampio like a finely tuned violin. Now that selling is exhausted and that today is the deadline for the lawsuits, hedge funds know that now is the time to begin covering and perhaps even reversing positions to take advantage of the BLA that will most likely be approved because trials have met the requirements for, size, safety and efficacy and because the need is there.

Shares are likely to begin a slow upward crawl from here and if the BLA is approved, expect an explosion as the stage will then be set to announce a major deal with big pharma.

And this doesn't include any possibilites of a surprise coming from Optina.

Ampio is probably a very high risk low return short position and the hedge funds know it.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Billwilliams836 comment implying liquidation is clearly deceptive and shows that he is wolf in sheep's clothing.

It has been clear for a long time that his comments are cleverly disguised to evoke negative perceptions about Ampio, but today he went way too far giving away his secret.

Billwilliams836 is clearly a deceitful short seller who wants you to sell your shares.

    BEWARE!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • bill williams says, "However, the stock reaction reflects the fact that this is unimportant in terms of the company's survival, let alone any potential significant revenue."

Interesting that you would make sucH a ridiculous comment given that the company is nowhere near "survival" status.

AMPE has plenty of cash in bank and will likely see large cash advances in the next year

    and

can easily raise cash if they needed to but they do not

    and

the fact that shares were little changed has absolutely no predictive value as to whether or not Optina wil create revenues.

todays reaction has absolutely ZERO PREDICTIVE VALUE.

    MISLEADING!!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Cytori's technology is not effective.

The ONLY stem cell company that repeatedly demonstrates effective results is KOOL.

Their technology is light years ahead of the CYTX and the entire pack.

Ampion will beat all others to the market and I believe will prove regenerative effects as well.
