Buckeye don't waste your time trying to fix stupid it will only frustrate you. They don't want to understand. Hell they get warped over the 10b LOL
Yes and he sold a lot of shares for peanuts considering where the stock is and where it is going.
Hoch has close to 40M shares so selling 10-20k shares amounts to peanuts. One could argue that the 10b planned sale has actually cost him a lot of money selling at lower prices . Given the value of the company based on 2015 growth guidance is north of .50-60 he is actually adding liquidity to the stock by selling. TPNL market cap is half of PYDS so not a whole lot of correlation there and 294k is on the low end for a CEO managing a company with a 50m market cap
If they had no intention of filing then why would they go through all the filings and requirements. It makes no sense in wasting time and money.
What usually happens is that companies reverse split to avoid becoming delisted not the other way around becoming listed. Numbers don't lie and PYDS has shown they can deliver on top line record growth. The Street pays for results and growth so good luck with your astute assessment.

Global IP Law Group Named Best Intellectual Property Law Firm in North America by World Finance Magazine 2015. Global IP Law Group is one of the world’s leading law firms working in
monetization of intellectual property assets through sales, licensing, and litigation.
NOW you know why Mr. Ivy did not sell his 3,000,000 shares Less
Nice job, you are only 2 months late with that info that I posted in January.
Your DD is dated info but let's pick the fly poop out of the pepper The company does more than just IP law but you not being the sharpest knife already knew that right.
No way they buy them before the hand is played and they know what the magnitude of the damage awarded is especially if TMUS thought they could win,That would be plain stupid. This is just the start now that a precedent has been established and Global smells the blood in the water.
Given that Global Law partners are one of the premier heavy weights in the intellectual property domain they will seek $$$$ in damages. Given that OTI has a small market cap of 50 Mil it stands to reason they can buy OTI and their patent portfolio and then in turn sue all the other major smart phone companies. Global law also specializes in M&A .
Tmus should buy OTIV with only a 50 million Market Cap, buying the patents will allow TMUS go after the other big names in the NFC smart phone market. It is a strategy that has been played before.
LMAO The only way this company hits 4/share is a 1/4 reverse split. Glad I dumped most shares when this broke the 1.60 shelf offering @1.60. At least Northland capital is losing their az . The chart shows this will take out the 2013 .86 resistance and then I may buy again.
Well based on your comment most conf calls are fake because most companies do this. Additionally they would not offer a call in if they did not want to take investor calls or answer questions
Don't know what a fake conf call means. Q4 results and forward guidance plus follow up on last Qtr conf call deliverables(see questions for management) should be the agenda.
