    Greenfield Payment for Services

The reason it may be listed as pending is because Greenhill is getting a percentage of each milestone payment.

Thanks. This is getting interesting. After following MNKD for so long, it is nice to follow a company that communicates in unambiguous manner and hits their timelines.

Interesting that PQ continues to drop on same day NG is rallying. NG prices hit bottom on Tuesday at 2.80. PQ closed Tuesday at 3.14. Today NG is 3.16 and PQ is down to 3.03.

  • Since I was the one claiming Joe had disappeared, its only right that I be the one that posts his latest update. The following was in my email account under "promotional" which is why it is a few days old.

    Hi,

I'm doing an update on Tonix and wanted to give you a quick first look of sorts - everything looks very good:

    - They just got the written response that they can proceed with the 30% responders analysis in TNX-102 SL. Originally they planned a face to face with the FDA, but felt strongly enough that they instead submitted a written request and got the confirmation they wanted.

    - Many very good things about this - Tonix will run 1 trial of about 500 people, much fewer than I anticipated, and they are thinking that with good results (thus making it the final trial) they can get to NDA in a little more than a year with the cash on the balance sheet

    - No insider has sold a share of anything, both Dr. Mario and Dr. Gershell bought in the last month

    - PTSD is recruiting and screening and the sites are open, now that the holidays are over we should hear soon that that has begun enrollment

    - TNX-201's phase 2 trial should be completed by year end - tension headaches are quite common and each patient only has to have 1 and then they are done with the trial so it should be quite fast

So that all looks very good, I'll tweet a link to the article when it is up.

I'm currently doing battle with the Mailchimp tech department at my new site, when that issue is resolved I'll invite you to come be a part of the fun.

As always I'm doing my best research for you but there are no guarantees,

    All the very best,

    Joe

Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I never did find the posts you referenced. However, I did find a whole new web page created by Joe in past few days. YMB won't let me post it.

I don't think so. After 2303 comments, Joe has been silent since mid Oct. No comments. No blogs. No SA articles. I looked at his old posts and this is the longest silent spell by far. I think we will simply have to lose our $ on our own.

No way they get debt financing w/o serious equity kicker. It will either have to be stock issuance or partnership or outright sale.

I bot more yesterday at 3.22 which I will sell if/when it goes to 3.60.

Fortunately we are trading stock and not options. As long as pq has adequate cash, we can wait out NG prices.

I'm not sure how much I can help, but here goes - All operating expenses directly related to the production of Afrezza plus all expenses for research and development related to Afrezza will no longer appear on MNKD's income statement as operating expenses as they are incurred. Instead they will be carried as an asset on the partnership entities books and subsequently recognized as an expense (cost of goods sold) on the partnership entities books, as the inventory is sold. MNKD will recognize a gain or loss on partnership activities based on the P&L of the partnership. There are a ton of details that have not been disclosed. For example, is there an overhead load factor for executive and administrative staff?

My guess is it will be a nightmare to untangle and evaluate MNKD's books for several Q's. I plan on watching the cash flow statement as a proxy for performance until the accounting settles down.

A good question for Matt: will investors have visibility to the partnership's books?

I'm sure if Joe were available he would remind us longs that TNXP had a very eventful Q4 that should result in some interesting announcements in Q1. All 3 of their major initiatives had milestone events scheduled to occur in Q4.

Anyone have insight to status of this regulation? Seems railcar pps is being held hostage by regulatory constipation.

This is lowest price in 2 years. I am surprised PQ is holding up as well as it is. Probably becasue of recent drilling successes. Makes me wonder where the price would be today if NG were back over 4.

Rusty - correcting spelling and pointing out the obvious after the fact is weak. The true measure of good guesses and bad guesses is whether we make $ or not. I still made $ on the shares I sold on Friday because I paid less for them earlier in the week. Can you say the same?

Anyone else notice that Joe has disappeared? Checked his twitter page and not a peep since 10/21 on any stock or subject. His prior history shows approximately 5 tweets per week. I wonder if he is sick/injured.
