  • to find it? It's the exact replica of when Jesus' body was broken for our transgressions, wrapped in white linen and hidden behind the stone. Then like the matzoh bread when found earns a reward for the finder. All can find Jesus Christ because he was no longer in the tomb but walked freely in his glorified body for forty days after he rose. I encourage all Jewish readers to read the book of Zacheriah 9:9-10
    The Coming King

    9
    “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!
    Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem!
    Behold, your King is coming to you;
    He is just and having salvation,
    Lowly and riding on a donkey,
    A colt, the foal of a donkey.

    10
    I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim
    And the horse from Jerusalem;
    The battle bow shall be cut off.
    He shall speak peace to the nations;
    His dominion shall be ‘from sea to sea,
    And from the River to the ends of the earth.’[b]

    Hey DING-A-LING, They won't ignore the district courts. First they'll agree no LACHES same as DC, Then they'll keep jury award as is like DC. Didn't you read HJJ reasoning for the increased RR% to 6.5?
    Because Google continues infringement he made a decision to equalize the case with that move. Now read Gs brief as it clearly shows Google attacking what they know they can get relief from, the increased RR%. And that after we hear another CAFC argument in September. Vringo will get exactly what jury awarded and a modified RR% most likely 3.5%. That won't show up for at least another year or two according to IR. My goodness, quit with the confusion.

    Problem is Vringo cannot fund one single project Lang could have and develop without asking investors to take it in the teeth. I know what he's got with the charging system and yet Vringo can not move because of Goggle's stubbornness to settle. They will attempt a SCOTUS trial and buy more time. Meanwhile the deals behind investors backs with MS cant come to fruition because they're tied to a Google settlement. That leaves investors waiting another year minimal. Ask Cliff W. how long it "COULD" be and the answer will be ...we dont know. It's the same as it has been now going on two years. He's played it smart and told everyone to buy pacer accounts because we'll no longer supply news. He's also suggested you'd better have a degree in law because the entire case requires it to digest. Lang is the only reason Vringo's alive today and will remain there until a final verdict. the rest of the company are nothing but leaches for the prize Lang invented! My guess is there's a contract somewhere that Lang signed for fees granted the attorneys in upwards of 75% off the top.

    Suddenly you are defending Vringo but everyone knows your nuts are sitting square on the white picket fence. Even at 2 billion for infringement in 2015/2016 Google really won the war because revs have continued to climb on borrowed merchandise. Vringo may eventually collect but the bigger question is will they remain a company or dismantle. Lang is the brains and could simply go it alone or walk into any tech company with his millions and Vringo close up shop. I still think Google gets this to SC due to potential amount. Read the law on BIG $$$ cases, they normally qualify and G has hired one of the best SC attorneys $$$$can buy. IMO it's not if but when! Quit with the fence straddling, you really look stupid.

  • about Vringo vs their defendants in upcoming matters this sells off! Big players that recently bought would be dumping and the short interest would be escalating, just the opposite is happening. The entire case would need to be retried with a 100% reversal of every decision up to now for Vringo to lose. Why are the defendants fighting so hard against jury verdicts and high court rulings if there's not some validity to all that's happened. Judges are not withholding any opportunity for defendants to bring something new to the infringement table but so far they can only delay the inevitable. Pay VRINGO!

    If V was forced to raid ZTE manuf. warehouses for devices there's no telling the lengths these Chinese owners will go to get product in hands of retailers w/o settling. The astonishing part of Vringo's journey thus far is the fear these high courts seem to display when dealing with giant conglomerates. This is like watching newly planted red wood trees grow to maturity. Just one mistake sends Vringo and an exit for the guilty and they all have the $$$ to run the clock and test these courts and judges. ZTE will not supply numbers to the court, Vringo, or anyone else until they run out of legal options. Even hard date ORDERS are bypassed and assigned new dates on every facet of this case. Possible that V doesn't see ruling for another year or two. It's the little events in between that shareholders must capitalize on then sell a sit drops back every time.

    White House aims to undercut patent trolls

    by hedgefundspy Mar 12, 2014 9:09 AM
    ran.dog80 ran.dog80 Mar 12, 2014 10:51 AM Flag

    The pres. says:

    * do away with the definition of marriage, one man for one woman

    * I'm all for Pot its good for everyone and business

    * do away with patent trolls just don't mess with Google's patents because they support my campaign

    * Hire as many jihadist and insert them behind the scenes in the W.H.

    There are now two ex patent lawyers inserted in the USPTO one from Google and the other AOL! Their mission, to disrupt patent litigation, freeze examiners from validating "certain" patents and report to Obama on matters.

    HJJ and the COA could throw the book at Google and already has enough evidence to close this case. Problem is can they vote against the nations leader who's theme is patent trolls deserve $0.00.

  • ran.dog80 ran.dog80 Mar 10, 2014 8:05 PM Flag

    Google will play this game all the way to patent exp. Then tally up damages totals and offer Vringo a cash settlement for 50% discount. By then exhaustion sets in and they bite.
