Hi, Harry---Still here with my 300 shares left---by accident and overlook. Spreading the anti-word of bum stock, bum company, very bum management. Decent margins, some cash and ok financials still lead, wjith Dr. "Sherman", to a dead-end.
9 years of hope . To you I respond : yadda, yadda, yadda---peg ratio FMV---yadda yadda. Anika has been characterized by poor choice of partners and poor management decisions driven by personal interest, ego and control. Expect very little and you are unlikely to be disappointed.
...and you expected....what?
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Yep---it was you who justified the jump based on the distribution announcement a non-starter. I then believed that we might hold that nlevel, but never to be. But such a precipitous 3 day drop? Wow! it looked like a bit of manipulation there to spring some holders out.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Don't you ever get tired of talking to yourself about empty-headed notions? Try getting a PM to brjj or canstic ---they too love to talk unsupported nonsense.
The only guy that we should have listened to predicted the one-day surge followed by the precipitous drop that we are now experiencing. Wow! 1.77 looks 2 years ago.
Maybe you should give a call to Butch like some of our "other" insider/learned friends on this board do. old sudn jumped ship a couple of years ago---what a company! Tell us about antenna revenue, canstic!
For those of you hoping for a miracle(I'm one who's held for 8 years only to feel continuous jolts of disappointment and tearful excuses for underachievement), we'll go absolutely nowhere with the repetitive doses of sub-1000 share volume days. Even the toads s Kelvyn and Beardall, neither of whom know what they are doing, are hanging in though. No sales by those folks. you know-----rats from a burning ship?
Imaging how the employees feel with their worth;less options and stock purchases under ESPP feel. Wow! Salt
Lake City is a bastion of companies like this. ---Mormon protectionism---as long as they get their 10%!!!
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Please get your facts straight and then post! Keep your nonsense to yourself. Their business is not comprised of 97% PCs nor even 70%. They are dominant in the marketplace, have the warewithall to make a major turn in the road and they have the money to darn near do anythin ghtey want to.
BTW---who says the PC business is dead---it's death is probably 10 years out with lots of time for stratey moves.
The whole drag on Intel now is the selection of a successor CEO--go inside or go outside. With Intel and its culture, the market would prefer a draft from inside.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I have followed no other stock with such a load of nonstop hype, bs, and cheerleading as this stock. I've been here for many years, led into the "spider's lair " by sudnwealth, a former board member and fos hyper. Everyone knew the CEO and the new CEO and this turkey was going places. Well---it hasn't and probably won't until someone buys it. I'm in from the 1s to the 7s and have yet to take a tax loss nor a wash.
Initially the canstic bs as well as his fellow cheerleaders was entertaining. But we all now know that they know absolutely nothing and Butch will share nothing of value with them,
Well, that's my rant for the month but I suggest canstic and brjj and others simply be put on ignore because nothing of value will ever come of them.
Sentiment: Sell
We certainly are not following the chart patterns of these past 3 years. NOV seems to be stuck and can't hold out of the 60s. A trader could retire here by playing 3 point swings. Company is solid; earnings are good; reviews and hype is excessive. What's not to love? The action, that's what.
Thank you. i have been a holder for 5 years and had become tired of the constant hype by Canstic regarding the company prospects. It wouldseem to me to make more sense for GE to buy our company and let's move on.
It's spam, DUMMY!!! This bored is down the tubes! Thanks, Yahoo!
and they pay all you guys for spamming this board?
You mean the infallible and local and big fish in its market Heritage Bank? Yeah I;m into the loser types! Anbd then this---was going to be my highly leverageable big hiy----teah, right. Should have first looked closely into the perigrees of these losers. This one is the be-all and end-all of all loserss----the stock contains much of the same attraction of HTBK: family, solid market, growth market , and some govt. assistance. Made sense to me. I'm in all over their recent 5 year range too all the way from .25 to $2+ a share.
Isn't there one more that we share?
please, please please give it a rest! What's left of this bored is being destroyed!
IMO, my history with Zack's has been far less than satisfactory. I listen more to the Fool. NOV is greasing up for a 7-10 point run.
You hit it! He didn't know his butt from a hole in the ground and bought in because he saw some action a few months ago. Fool! And a lousy cheerleader.
But today's volume and gain will bring more just like Lame Brain, attracted by the action. The onoly hope here is for s big piece of news; earnings will never do it because there ain't gonna be none.Nobody's dumb enough to buy us out---oh, wait! maybe Jake's gonna make an offer.
All these replies, as you all know, are paid by the post ---paid by the report source.
It is unfathomable to me that Yahoo board editors , famous for editing out 4 letter words as simple as
#$%$" will allow the continuous spam posts to clutter their vaunted boards. God help me if I chastise an Anika board memberor officer of the company like Sherwood.
It is no wonder to me that Yahoo is failing miserably in the marketplace and should have been sued when Yang rejected the $35 offer from Micrososft 3 years ago. What a turkey service! What a turkey company!
But Jake---that's my point: it's BEEN a long haul!!!
Iput everything I have into this--yeah, right--spammers
I read all his reports and talked with Quinlan, putting 2&2 together. The biggest clue, however, was the way he gave away control of Elevess to Galderma, realized he didn'[t have final say in EVERYTHING DEFINITIVE. ----the lead CEOs letter in the annual report that year was how great it was all going to be.
Around the block longer than me? Then you must remember that I was once one of Anika's biggest cheerleaders At one time I held about 40k shares. I had the good fortune of making some big mistakes financially and lost quite a bit of it----before it got to 3 at which point I bought back.
