1) They didn't "mothball" it, which suggests long term storage. It was a leased vessel, they ended the lease. That was a cost cutting measure. Apparently they are satisfied that income is adequate for future plans. You who endorsed BK predictions should have seen cost cutting as a sort of life preserver. That angers you, hoping for BK and failure, so you dis it.
2) No matter what they do, you will find fault with it. You are a one trick pony, that's what we expect of you. You find some interesting info sometimes, but fail when it comes to analyzing or interpreting it.
I see that. I still suspect a glitch over foul play, my opinion, as all seems to be posting OK now. If you were violating TOS they'd be gone from under your name too.
Yahoo does weird stuff like that sometimes. I don't think yr being deleted as they wouldn't exist under yr name. A while back the replies column died for a couple weeks. Maybe if ya try a new thread...
This board is acting strange today. When I click on the topic it shows only your original post. When I click yr name it shows all your replies. Whats up with that?
OOPS! Who R ya Danny? Yr the same DannyGlasser who deleted all his posts pretending to be a prospective investor? Some of us remember, scrappy.
So, it wasn't a "lie" just a joke. My BS detector program flashed "HAS HIS FINGERS CROSSED!!!" And flashed red. I hope you laughed really hard at your clever joke.
Have to amend that "OOPS" comment. They're both listed as claimants against RLP. Doesn't mean he's "working for." They could be rival predators pursuing the same prey.
She is named as "Appellant-Claimant" in the first suit scrappy lists. I think it matters to know what her interest in the case derives from. Apparently she and TT divorced. Is Ohio a community property state? Is her interest derived from a divorce settlement? That would be another stranger than fiction twist in this strange tale. All my opinion....
Every reference I find has the MI as "G", if they list it at all. Don't know where scrappy got the "Edward Allard" part from, but searching it returns nothing relevant.
AKA "Tommy" Thompson. I was thinking the MI was "G" but l scrappy seems to think different. Don't have a source at my fingertips so you'd have to dig a bit to clarify.
OOPS he's (Robol) also working FOR Atlantic Mutual Ins Co. And, you cant figure out who Collette Davidson is? I'd not mention her name had it not been in so many of these lawsuits. You get the whole night to figure it out. Btw, put "Columbus" in yr search terms.
Wow, ya did answer! Thnx. Same cast of characters. Robol, TT's longtime attorney, Butterworth, TT's bro in law, photographer on TT's expeditions. Am I mistaken or wasn't Colette Davidson Married to TT at onetime? Could still be for all I know. Interesting, thnx for the reply.
There is a great novel or movie to be made if anyone ever unravels this story. Questions in my mind are 1) why would Robol still be interested if he is unpaid? Like decades of unpaid? Hmmm. 2) Why is Milt B....same question. Different sites I've seen suggest everyone was pd their wages, even M Williamson and crew. It's the PERCENTAGE they are fussing about. Since TT disappeared with most of it, these folks have given up on getting pd by or from him, They will try to claim it however they can from whichever pocket it's in. New recovery! New lawsuit! Rock On! IMHO CADG, CDG are junior to RLP. My opinion. we'll see how it plays out.
But Scrappy, who pd Robol what to stay interested in the case? Why does Collette Davidson appear in so many of the cases?
Btw Scrappy, I'm in Idaho, I don't automatically know which courts decisions from the E District of VA get appealed to. I could dig it up if needed, but I suspected you could enlighten and ya did. Haha
You won't answer stud. I GUARANFU**TEE. You will change the subject and call me names. Answer the above question stud. Or, call me names. Which court, who is the appellate? When did that happen? If yr so right you'd offer some links. You don't. You lie. Often and reliably.
Which court when? EZ answer if ya had it, but you don't.
