Someone sold close to 1 million shares a few days ago at $2.70 ish. Buyers were not long term. When the stock moves lower they start lightening up. those new buyers play the same game. Day traders get spooked and they start unloading which forces the original buyer to sell some more. Eventually, everyone gets to a comfortable price and position before this can stabilize. We won't know before it happens. We'll know when stock actually turns. Original 1 mill gets sold to a few new buyers and they sell to a slew of traders and because everyone wants instant gratification and little risk, 1mil shares turns into 3 mil real fast. It's not manipulation, it's called wall street!
Not really sure if someone knows something. If that were the case, word would get out and this would trade down violently and not gradually. That being said, going down 5%-7% everyday is unnerving. This stock is trading as if someone is or has liquidated their position. Hard to move a large position without upsetting the price. All the fast money guys that bought and didn't get instant gratification, start to puke them out and start a domino effect. This is a level now $2.30-$2-50 that posed resistance back in April '14 and then again July '14. Should stabilize here. IMPO
Share price was $3.00 on 9/30. Please explain how price was cut in half since then....
Technically speaking, I can't argue with your logic. Volume always precedes price! But, volume at a low can also determine a bottom. Real answer isn't clear right away. Need to see where stock goes to determine a bottom or beginning of next leg. I prefer to look at this action of a possible double bottom from AF's April low and volume could confirm this. Either way, it's an important level!
Management just has to reiterate that the drug will be affordable and anyone who needs it will get it! Simple step! All eyes will be on them, so its not possible to price gouge this drug!
I can brew my own beer in my basement next to my dirty work bench. When done, I can give it to my friends for free. They however, would rather pay and buy their own at the supermarket! I think they feel better drinking a competitors beer that was brewed in a cleaner environment. Small price to pay! And, some of these specialty beers are very expensive!
She obviously isn't capable as a CEO. So it seems that she is just a puppet; so who are the puppeteers? She doesn't react to criticism, which is very strange. Most people would certainly have some sort of reaction. She doesn't do much, doesn't seem to be accountable to shareholders, yet gets paid handsomely. There is definitely something odd here! Am I missing something?
and could you imagine this stock with only 5.5 million shrs outstanding? Thy would manipulate the #$%$ out of it!
lows from late august have been retested. We should reverse here ( $3.27-$3.30 )to next resistance at $3.55..then $3.75 and then $4.00
When they throw them out like this, there is no rational reason. They all get dragged down until they're done! I know that's not a real answer and might not give you any comfort, but we'll just have to wait until this is over! Seems a little over done right now, but I might have said that Friday, if asked! GL
pill cost's $50.00 and insurance cos will only pay 10%..=$5.00 Increase the amount to $500.00 and insurance cos pays the same =break even! ( this is NOT price gouging !)Where is the problem?: the pharma that is trying to recover costs or the insurance company The whole system is broken, but you can't expect the Pharmas to incur the total cost while the big insurance companies pocket our premiums and increase our co-pays!
She is just trying to deflect attention away from all her other problems. She is not a good or honest person. No doubt that prescription drugs are too expensive, but only when she needs them does she raise her voice! Problem has been getting increasingly worse, but her grandstanding is not the answer.
I've seen small moves like this ( .05 to .10 up from last sale and usually on the down side ) Nice to see it now on right side! The stock has moved in the same direction in the past....let's hope! Also, with the added volume of the last few months, the stock has been reacting to technical levels. Maybe we have a real stock here! GLTA
