    Kraus killed the rally

Cars, As a shareholder of this company, you do have a right to send Mr. Krause an e-mail and RESPECTFULLY ask him why he is exercising his options on the open market. I would RESPECTFULLY predicate your question with an explanation as to why you are asking such a personal question. I suspect that his personal CPA and family attorney has set up his trust in a way that requires him to liquidate assets before the government wraps their claws around his property and penalizes him 50% of the value of the assets for NOT withdrawing and reporting said assets after turning 70 1/2 years of age. You might also send Ms. Bloch a note explaining your concerns and asking if there was a way Cytosorbents could repurchase his options privately. One other thought, and I don't mean any disrespect in any way, but if you are finding the actions of a director and the way he is handling his personal assets troublesome to you, then perhaps your portfolio might be a bit over-weighted in favor of CTSO, and it might be a good time to spread out the risk. Good luck to you and all of us longs...

Yes, I do Shorts... It was Sleep Comfort, SCSS, biggest boo-boo in my investing career, lesson learned, no matter how certain you are a stock will do something, don't ever put your core position into play before it has reached your goal. That "brainy" move ultimately cost me $175,000! Place side bets with yourself, but don't touch the core position... My call for CTSO? $5 before 18 months from today. Good luck to you tomorrow...

    Bertha,
First, I believe we can now safely assume that Cytosorbents filter works as it was originally conceived. Perhaps not for all, such as those that are so sick that they have entered the "slippery slope" of the death spiral, or beyond the reach of the designed use such as Pancreatic cancers, but for those that we have reached in time, and there are more and more of them, the lack of negative reports or failures, plus the expanding list of illness that may benefit from our filter as time moves on, points more and more to positive results. If this is true, and I am betting it is, then we should be able to reasonably project the ramping up of sales and uses. Along with that comes public awareness of Cytosorbents. Now we are entering that period of time in which the perception of the safety factor as an investment is improving, growth has begun to "throttle up", and more and more investors will not want to "Miss the boat". I think we will be pleasantly surprised on Tuesday, and if we maintain our current growth rate, we should see product sales within the range of 850K and 1.1mm. The really good news is that we have only scratched the surface of our potential and barring an early buy out, and a little patience, I may get the opportunity to some day shake Dr. Chan's hand and say, "Thank you", and really mean it.
We got really lucky with one hurricane going south of us and one going north. The water is glassy this morning so I think I will go do a little surfing... I'm out 'o here! Thanks for your perception, Bertha... I sometimes wonder if you are on the "inside" as your posts are always on point.

Biocon hiring more cytosorb sales staff

I am sure you are correct, Redhill... Biocon did not become #1 in India without having the answers readily available for their clients who use their products. I am also sure that Biocon has in place a system to follow the patients who receive their products. Did Dr. Chan decide to develop a registry before or after his association with Biocon? Biocon's stated use for Cytosorb filters was a two part therapy plan, drug and filtration. They must like what they see. Why else would they want to keep stats on a clients ROI, unless they are hitting it out of the park when compared to their competition. This information also helps them track what is working best for them. I also like the fact that Cytosorb recently mentioned that they are looking at expansion plans for their manufacturing capacity. I'm eagerly looking forward to next Tuesday...

Within 60 days after turning 70 1/2, a person must begin withdrawals from his or her IRA's, or suffer a 50% penalty of the amount that was required to be withdrawn. It would be foolish not to take the distributions.

What size is the Ebola Virus? Does it fit within the parameters of the filter? Would we fly the good Doctor out of the country for treatment with Cytosorb? What are the socio-political ramifications when the affected population finds out there is a treatment but they won't get treated though other, "more important" individuals will? To be honest, we have the ability to activate field hospitals with all the necessary equipment to stamp out the flare-ups of this virus, if in fact our filter works. Unfortunately, there are many other afflictions that would probably take precedence over Ebola, plus the infrastructure required for security, not to mention the support necessary to run the facility. Perhaps a private foundation could use a bit of publicity?
Z3, I enjoy many of your messages, they are thought provoking and you are not shy when it comes to opening up a can of worms. Thanks for your efforts.

    Shorting Douches

I wouldn't mention the band on the Titanic in the same sentence or breath as the douches. Those guys in the band were real heros, playing their last song, knowing that within minutes they would no longer exist.

Thanks, You just made my point. The product seems good, its been the management that's killed this stock. Imagine the President of a company telling the FDA board he was presenting to that they were idiots if they couldn't see things his way. Yes, he really did that. They have bumbled and fumbled their way along for years now even tried a switcheroo with lambs and rabbits without bringing that to the attention of the testing pros at the FDA. Are you kidding me? There are better places to place my money than risking more on an average down here. For instance, how about a company that has been reporting sales increasing by 60% quarter after quarter? Lead by a Board Certified doctor with his MD out of Columbia and PhD out of Harvard, in a 20 Billion market with NO competition and their still under the radar. Yep, do your own dd... CTSO. That's where my average down money is going. Good luck to all of you longs...

Thanks, Dutch... If I remember, just before the last reverse split, the stock took off and hit 5 bucks. Should have dumped them then and taken my loss, but no, HOPE is eternal. I will be stuck with my 2333 shares at $14.88 forever. Wonder how Cappie is doing in retirement... Good luck to you, and thanks for all your efforts with this stock. Wish I had listened a bit closer. Had an invite to friends and family with gpro. Didn't pull the trigger fast enough, up 50% in first 2 days of trading... #%$##!!! Best of luck to you...
