The news is disastrous. Even after fudging the data, the trial did not reach statistical significance in OS--that means FAILURE. And it will fail again after another 40 million dollars have been wasted on yet another trial.
It would be a simple matter to just report the results. Mgm't has lost what little credibility they had. You have been given one last chance to salvage some of your money.
Ahh yes. You caught me. The patients that they refuse to report on contain both treatment and control but had MORE control patients. My post wasn't about the 88 patients cupcake. It was about the 30 they refuse to tell you about. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that including those 30 in the OS analysis would make the data worse-- but we'll never know.
Refusing to report data is a first. Unbelievable really. Ethical and responsible researchers would report AL:L the data and THEN do the dreaded subgroup analysis. As it stands you will never know the REAL OS data. And now they are going to burn another 100 million on a Phase III? Tragic and shameful.
All my donkeys seem pretty quiet this morning, which is to be expected. Shocked and shamed into silence and busy explaing to the wives how they lost the rent money. Stock should be at 50 cents. Oh well there's alway the mets data--Longer is better!!!!
I don't suppose anyone will apologize to me or thank me for trying to save you money. Such is life.
Of course now you know the REO doesn't work so maybe not such a good idea. Refusing to report on 49 control patients is a new low in manipulating data. I have NEVER heard of that one before.. Puzzle me this batman-- Can it possibly be true that the NOT ONE PATIENT in the treatment arm also had additional "confounding therapy? 49 folks from the control get tossed but not one in the treatment arm?? Just another puzzling omission in this sad sad affair. OH pood nome and his dancing angels. 150 days OS is a disaster.
Financial risk is as big as scientific risk. NWBO now has about 15 months of cash. Enough to get through the interim results of the p3 and the results of the p1 in Direct. That is a big deal. Lots of folks are focused solely on the scientific risk and don't pay attention the financial risk. But more p3 fail for lack of cash to complete the trial, than fail on the science. Mkt reaction to capital raise is sad but predictable and NWBO is now substantially de-risked over the intermediate term.
We have derived quantum gravity bounds on the number of angels that can dance on the tip of a needle as a function of the mass of the angels. The maximal number of angels -- 8.6766*10exp49 -- is achieved near the critical mass mcrit 1/kD 3.8807*10-34 kg, corresponding to the transition from the information-limited to the mass-limited regime. It is interesting to note that this is of the same order of magnitude as the Schewe bound.
Angel physics has until now mainly employed theological methods, but as this paper shows, modern information physics, quantum gravity and relativity theory provide powerful tools for exploring the dynamics and statics of angels.
These bounds are only upper bounds, and do not take into account the effects of a finite number of available angels, degeneracy pressures if angels obey the Pauli exclusion principle as suggested by Aquinas, or the theo-psychology of the angels themselves. The exact dance dynamics also clearly play a major role. A full relativistic treatment of the dance appears as a promising avenue for further tightening of the bounds.
Running to the dictionary on my command my little donkey? --Good for you!! But in the end there is no cure for schtoopid
What a bunch of gibberish. For starters, take an english class. Is English your first language? Seriously dude you write like high school sophomore. as for the content of your post, it is beyond laughable that they will file for a BLA after this trial. Watch my electrons- THEY - HAVE - ALREADY - TOLD - YOU - THIS - IS - NO - LONGER - A - REGISTRATION - TRIAL.
BTW you seem to be an expert on the FDA as well. Could you please expound on what the FDA had never encountered before? A failed trial? An altered SPA ?or just ONCY running a botched trial. If the last I agree, if the prior two you're an idyacht.
You will not know me but you won't forget. After the failure, my advice will haunt you to the end of your days. You will awake in a cold sweat and think, I should have listened to rationalthought. He tried to help me and I derided him. And after the sobbing subsides you will wonder if the lunatic, poor caravechhio, and Kenny committed suicide
both donkeys with one post. My powers increase with each passing day. It's called meds--don't forget to take them my insane little donkey.
it sucks to be youdoesn't it. And they don't have 300mm in debt you idyacht
Creep? Now yer talkin my little donkey. Hey just another buying opportunity for youse longs. Those mean MM's always manipulating this stock. And always to the downside. Why come?
Click your heels (hooves) together and repeat after me--Longer is better - Longer is better
This is just a retail stampede because of the Fox news pieces. More likely that their are some warrant exercises and sales into the rally. This would free up some cash for the coming dilution--Not a bad thing but mkt usually doesn't like it in the short run.
Two pieces of news could send this much higher (or crater it) We should be getting p1 solid tumor interim results and interim GBM results in the next few months. Its been a nice few days and the stock is still priced well below the 300mm or so mkt cap for these types of junior biotech's.
See what you have wrought Armed lunatic. Your insolence caused me to invoke my magical powers over stock prices and I commanded ONCY to go down. Not 9 cents yet but I'm not through. You should apologize to your fellow longs. Alternatively you can bray for me and I'll stop commanding the stock to decline. Your choice.
Only certain others-- all of whom greatly deserve it. Like you frinstance. Don't worry. Be happy. After all --longer is better
