NWBO still owns the IP (for what it's worth) They simply granted a security interest to Four M (Dennis Mehiel) as part of the loan transaction. it was NOT unsecured. You can rest easier now. (At least on this issue)
This has relevancy to NWBO. Failure to alter your response in the face of cues indicating it is necessary will cost you money
I'm sorry. I must have missed Trump's "solution" Of all the candidates, all of whom vacillate, dodge, pivot, and offer up vapid irrelevant platitudes as answers, the Donald is the worst on history. He has said exactly ZERO about any policy matter. What we know about him (other than he started off as pooor boy with million dollar loan form his dad) is this
a) I'll build a wall and make Mexico pay for it. Only half of which can he control
b) I'll hire good people- In answer to every policy question.
But hey half the people are dumber than average so the election will be close.
OMG he's back. How many errors this time???
a) the IA is a material event however there is NO time limit for reporting on an 8-k. No idea what your 90 day nonsense is about. SEC related?? FDA related???? Too much pot related???
b) Who said the trial was halted for anything related to a "subgroup"? Certainly not me. IMO well informed opinion, the trial was halted because the interim illustrated a lack of efficacy. But it is a fact that NWBO will do a subgroup analysis. Only a fool would think otherwise. No one thinks (I assume) that a subgroup analysis will result in approval or a change in trial protocol for THIS trial. It will provide (or not) information for a new trial-- see e.g. IMUC's trial for the very same indication using a very similar approach. To be clear I do not predict one way or another whether a subgroup will result in a new trial -- simply that one will be done.
c) Currently there ARE facts available, at least as it relates to the SHARE PRICE which is why folks are here. The weight which one ascribes to them is up to the observer. Unscheduled halt. Closed enrollment prior to reaching company estimate for full enrollment. Predicted interim analysis dates missed most recently --by about a year. 6 month passage of time without explanation for halt. Those are FACTS. What you choose to do with them is up to you.
Just three egregious errors. Pretty good for you!
cool!. In most cases as matter of simple fact the interim analyses just recommend that the trial go forward -- good news. Are you debating that simple fact?
But the operative words in your post are "USED TO SAY" ( 2 years and 4 months ago) What you fail to understand like most on this board is the T variable. What I used to say was premised on announcements from management regarding the estimated time for full enrollment and the interim looks.
However whether you debate a well known fact or not, all observations are time sensitive. If full enrollment or an interim that has been projected by management to occur at a certain time, fails to materialize, that miss becomes BAD news which gets worse as time without news progresses.
Additionally you ignore, to your economic peril, subsequent material events that also change the calculus. An unscheduled halt in enrollment is bad juju. No news in the six months following that horrifying surprise announcement compounds the bad juju. or juju squared.
Now you can post this two years from now too! ---The interim has already been done and it's not good. NWBO is "analyzing" the data as we speak to find some encouraging subgroup or (less likely) trying to amend, yet again, the trial protocol. I've seen it before . Why you can ask D2 who lurks here, how I could have seaved him a 100k or so in ONCY.
May your wife be killed by a drunken driver. Maybe one of the gutless low life lawyers willl spit in your face when you seek try to seek compensation.
Glad you pointed this out. Didn't realiz e someone had my stuff from 6 years ago. I'm truly flattered, however, it wasn't fantasizing. It was modeling (from 6 years ago). Big difference. The modeling was based (in part) on comments directly from Linda Powers which subsequently proved inaccurate. This is clearly outdated and based on subsequent events (and non events) in the public domain, you can conclude that the trial is in very very deep trouble. Missed enrollment dates later interim data, sudden halt to enrollment. 6 months passage of time since halt etc etc.
Not remotely like the untethered and phantasmagorical musings of Meifud
Nothing new to say on NWBO--All been said. Just waiting for the bad news. Mind you there will be some glimmer of hope in the mashed up sub group data-- Enough to keep the money flowing, but this trial is toast.
Kinda funny what passes for intelligence these days. A highly developed ability to fantasize isn't intelligence intelligence it's Republicanism
No relationship to this trial whatsoever other than Liau's involvement.
Bumping your own bad spelling. Priceless. You a Republican by any chance? BTW 14.6 is no longer median OS. Take it to the bank
FUD is kinda like the Teabags masters focusing them on Obama's birth certificate while Carlyle and the kochsuckkers rob them blind.
She let the cat out of the bag. End of story. How does she know they are living longer??? She tries to cover up her mistake by saying we are still blind. But the DMC is NOT blind and they have an interim look at 148. I have already told you that IMO the interim look has already occurred and is NOT good (more or less confirmed by Liau's slip of the tongue "bad for our study"). My guess is that they closed enroll, int short 0f 348, broke the blind and are now torturing the data for sub groups. There is ZERO chance that they haven't reached 148 events by now.
