about 80mm fully diluted shares. Just sayin. Mkt cap not 350mm. In fifth grade math this would get you an F

  • rationalthought11 rationalthought11 Aug 21, 2014 1:12 PM Flag

Huh. You need to do some research. The numbers for those deemed early progressors run from 36 to about 45 pct are actually pseudo progressors Thems just the simple numerical facts if you believe the studies that have been done on the matter. Don't know about easy to tell part or "extra cautious". I just look at the empirical data I recommend you do the same

You seem to enjoy making a fool of yourself. It's clear you doont understand that app oximetry 40 pct of the informational arm are likely to be pseudo progrssors and the implications of that fact. But hey smart guy it's your money although we both know it's not very much money

As a progressive I am rarely sure about anything. That is for teabags. Your first error is in thinking the trial will be stopped for efficacy before an interim look Doesn't work that way tyro. The only time they would know if the trial warrants stopping is DURING the interim analysis not sure aboutq3 for next look but it's a very good estimate based on available info. You are a fool if you think revs from eu are going to provide sufficient money to make nwbo self funded. And any meaningful revs are about a year away at the earliest. The informational arm is what it is. If you don't believe in pseudo progression that's you prerogative. I do note the stock is down about 10 percent since the financing as I predicted

It is you. It appears you are unable to understand the concept of "sunk costs". Your money is gone and it ain't coming back any more than armed lunatic's sanity. The great Obama bull market is passing you by while you whine about a company that has no future whatsoever and that isnt BT's fault. REO just doesn't work and the p3 proved it.

It's not a gun donkey. Maybe that's what the paintball warriors call it. It's called a rifle by those who served. But why would a chickenhawk know that?

What makes a hero in a teapig's eye? Surely you must know that Foley was a card carrying member of the hated "liberal media." Foley's tragic death as a consequence of a heinous criminal act hardly qualifies him as a hero teapig. YOu must be watching Fox overtime your master's have you all whipped into an ignorant frenzy.

You chickenhawk teapigs should just keep your cyberholes shut. The war criminal and his band of neocon chickenhawks brought this on by committing atrocities in Iraq in our good name. Your boy (the deserter) let America get attacked on its own soil, did not find bin Laden, let him ride out of Tora Bora in a well lit caravan while 4000 Marines played cards in Kabul. then spied on hundreds of million of Americans without due process or warrant and gave amnesty to the corporate criminals at Verizon and ATT for aiding and abetting his crimes. Tell us again where and when you served "capt"

fully diluted share count is over almost 90mm shares. Your math sucks, ( BTW so does Yahoo's since it doesn't include options warrants and converts.) Nothing but the facts

I'm glad you follow me around. Kinda cyber creepy but not too much. Don't know what you find so interesting in that particular post. People who have been around know I'm not a short. I was onto NWBO long ago and made 20k on the long side. But new info means new opinions on the stock. The real mkt cap of NWBO is somewhere around 600mm with warrants options converts etc. And now you won't be getting interim looks until q-3 of next year and Direct data until year end at the earliest. Yup you heard it here first again. So no hurry. The Informational arm data is suspect and not a reason to get your chestnuts in the fire in a big way.

    Question on buyout offers

    by anotherday1225 Aug 19, 2014 4:44 PM
    rationalthought11 rationalthought11 Aug 19, 2014 5:35 PM Flag

If you want to know whether sharholders would be infomred of buyout offers that answer is yes (once negotations or the offer reach a "material" level." Whether shareholders vote or not (they do) is irrelevant to your inquiry.
