What are ya'll going to do if a Republican get's in office and decides to enforce federal drug laws? Bye-Bye MJ industry. Bye-Bye billions of investment dollars. Christie already said he would do that. Yikes!
Hmmm. The only question I asked was: Are there any safe ETF's that I should look into also?
Note I said "look into"...not jump into. I don't think my post was looking for advice of any kind.
I am starting to do a lot of research on my own and have a bunch of questions to ask whoever I decide to invest with (Vanguard, Schwab, etc). Gotta research to actually formulate questions!
So here's the situation. I receive a pension of $2410/month before taxes and an insurance policy it pays for..
The company has offered a pension buyout. For me it will be roughly $445K. There are some questions I need answers to about the distribution though, like will I be taxed at all if I roll it into an IRA? Will the entire amount go into the IRA? But that's not for this forum to answer.
I am doing some research about traditional IRA's and what would be the most prfitable way to utilize the funds. I would like some income quarterly that's for sure. (forgot to mention another 401K I will also roll over at $125K. Should give me nearly $600K for investment).
If I could get 5% a year with expectations that my investment principle will be safe I would be tickled pink!
I found DNP from doing a search and thought it would be something I could invest in. Other stocks I am interested in are PETS and AT&T. Are there any safe ETF's that I should look into also?
I have no idea how many customers they have. I gave up on Iceweb, which I originally thought was a winner, I also thought KC NAP and CTC would be going like gangbusters. Coming from s telecom background, I know what a NAP is. I guess since Grame died, the business is going to pot.
Hey, my original investment of $10K is now worth a whopping $23.75 !!! No sense in wasting time and paying more to sell then the stock then it's worth! I am trying desperately to forget I even have shares in UOIP.
This company really has it going. How many people do you know who have a pet or two and treat them like their babies? The company helps them do that! I started to follow PETS at $14.50/shr. I'm still following! What a moron I am...... The dividend looks good also!
I'm an efing loser. First mistake...I decide to invest in pennies.
I then proceed to watch $10,000 in a new small storage company evaporate. To top it off, I then invest $5K in a POS called ERBB! Can I be more of a #$%$ loser? Am I #$%$? Nah...just sad.
